Uggy, agreed, even if CS is as good as I hope it is, I have no doubt RBD has overpaid - I am also miffed that LNe got 1.2 bn RBD shares with no apparent lock-in. The last tranche values LNenergy Ltd at over £18m when all they have is a bit of cash, some RBD shares (not worth very much these days!) and an option that will cost $11m to exercise.
Frascogna has played our clowns beautifully, not only that, but he appears to be the major/sole shareholder in LNe SRL which will receive $11m from LNe Ltd assuming the Gunvor deal is in place. If CS is permitted, the sp will spike and I'll take my money out and run for the hills...
