If Wressle expansion is granted, a placing seems unavoidable, UJO will need £5m capex. Even if the £5m is spread over 2 years, current revenue streams and cash will not be enough imo. Hopefully Moccasin will be a turning point for our US assets, plus Kedd may surprise on the upside but that's a lot of wishful thinking...

Kawasaki, Europa is low on cash, they said that they expect capex for Wressle to be circa £3.7m for their 30%, if planning is granted could we have another Rathlin situation ???

UJOs cash situation is a mystery to me, 40% means £5m capex which I assume would be paid in instalments but it's hard to see that much capex being funded by cash and revenue

Jan data for Wressle out on Tuesday, Dec was way down supposedly due to 2 weeks downtime (I dont believe that). No news on Keddington, Taylor is a duster and Diana appears not to have a drilling licence, meanwhile Andrews sold no oil in Jan so production must be negligible. Hopefully Moccasin will be stella and Kedd too...but dont hold your breath

What troubles me (other than the fact that CEL is living hand to mouth) is the only revenue we know of is £63k in H1. Why do we not have revenue data for Q3 or Q4 ?

It could be that they were told a decision would be given by the end of Q1, ie Monday, hence the 2 month option extension. As I said previously, worse case scenario is a NO followed by a long drawn out appeals process which would mean further funding by RBD
