They got over 80% of the votes cast at the RGMs but I suspect a lot of those big shareholders have cut their losses. if a lot more shares are in the hands of small investors, we may be able to vote them off the Board next time they are up for re-election

I wonder if LNenergy SRL can/will lodge an appeal should CS be denied permission? If an appeal is possible, then expect CS to rumble on for another 2 or 3 years with RBD footing the bill via more LNenergy Ltd shares. Of course in that scenario, an option extension will be required but will it be free?

If Wressle is granted planning (and if the protestors are unable to stop it), expect another charm offensive to get a placing away as Wressle expansion will require £5m capex

...they haven't bought LNe shares for almost 4 months, hopefully that's the end of the top-ups. If the permit is granted the sp should do very well for a few days followed by a big drop as people sell and run for the hills. I suspect that after the spike the sp will be in the .10 to .15 range

Moccasin is on the current 'Well completion list - last 7 days' with a 'Well completion' date of 04.02.25

not sure how you come to that conclusion - EOG said their 30% of Wressle expansion will cost £3.7m and would be debt funded (not yet in place)

Our 30% of Wressle is currently worth $2m-$2.2m revenue pa at the moment, plus a few bpd from other wells. Considering G&A is estimated at £1.68m for 2025, Europa is barely breaking even. As I suggested yesterday, why would a potential partner pay millions to join a JV when they could buy the company for a few million more? Unfortunately I think a takeover is our best hope for a turnaround in the sp...one way or another, the clock is ticking down for WH & co

...with the sp in the toilet (for good reasons), potential JV partner(s) may look at Europa and simply buy the company rather than farm-in to any of EOG's assets

bramhill said taylor moccasin and diana would be drilled in q4, taylor was, moccasin was granted a permit 30.12.24 and drilled early january and moccasin has yet to be granted a permit (all verifiable on ok.gov).

he also said andrews would break-even in 6 months - the evidence from ok.gov does not support that claim.

i suspect that if it weren't for our ability to access ok.gov data, bramhill would be spinning faster than a ballerina.

i am sure he knows he can no longer bull**** us with false claims, so imo his silence is probably because he is waiting for facts from reach rather fall for their bull**** once again...perhaps an old dog can learn new tricks?

£0.96m in the bank at year-end but revenue is barely covering G&A (forecast at £1.68m for 2025). Will says 2025 is full of promise, maybe, maybe not. I will top up if the sp drifts below 0.50 but atm significantly overvalued imo

I think the very best case scenario is a future sympathetic government may give permission for a small scale frack to prove/disprove the concept of safe fracking. Realistically a large scale frack will never happen imo

Egdon always talked a really good game but their only significant win was Wressle, even a simple side-track at Keddington has been kicked into touch...unfortunately it will never happen

I dont recall ever seeing a TR1 so that means small shareholders working together could send a very strong message at the AGM. Bramhill is up for re-election...let's vote him out

Lots of potential here but all depends on funding. best guess is we'll see a takeover bid within 6 months with or without funding in place
