You're missing the point heid, Bramhill has raised funds several times in the EXPECTATION of permits - why would Penystone be any different? If permission is refused, he will have millions in the bank to pursue more Reach JVs or another Beacon or Elephant Oil or whatever catches his eye...in his head it's a win/win because he gets to play with millions of pounds of investors' money with no personal risk...and we all know he likes the gee gees

I found this in the 2023 accounts...

'The restricted cash is in respect of surety bonds in the amount of £25,000 (2022: £25,000) to cover restoration of the PEDL183 West Newton site.'

...£25k to cover 1/6 of the cost of restoring the WN site seems a tad optimistic

I assume that if the EA says no, WN is dead in the water, although they will probably battle on so they can keep taking their fat salaries. I had a look through the Finals to see how much decommissioning would be - no luck, but I suspect it will be well into 7 figures for the JV., so maybe £0.25m for RBD plus whatever cash they have to provide Rathlin? (if any)

Imo a placing later this year is inevitable as DB will state that UJO needs funding for Penystone. He has raised money for future drills at Bisc Kedd NK etc multiple times - they havent come to fruition so he uses the cash for whatever unicorn or rainbow that catches his eye. In fact the last placing which raised £3m - a placing that many shareholders said was unnecessary - is more or less the same amount that he has spend on dividends and buybacks.

The WN consultation closed on 24.01.25, does anyone know how long it normally takes for a decision from the EA ? thx

Surprisingly quiet considering we have just received £6.3m cash...does anyone expect a special dividend or will it be used to fund capex and/or pay down debt?

We will have the ok.gov data Feb later this week, then for March shortly after the 2024 Finals are released.

The March data should include Taylor and Moccasin which means Bramhill can no longer hide behind ramping and spin

The Finals will also show how much we spent on WN & Kedd last year, plus Royalties revenue and....you'll like this one micky, Bramhill's 2024 salary

I really want Celadon to succeed because I believe it could be a great little company (and to recoup some of my losses) but I have to wonder why they are struggling to secure finance despite having a £41m order book (allegedly).

Is something fundamentally wrong with the business model? the management? the product? or something else?

I doubt there will be many shareholders voting no but it would be nice to fire a warning shot across his bow - how else can we impress upon him the need for less ramping and greater transparency, timeliness and honesty?

Heid it's not just Andrews, Taylor is producing 2 bpd with no transparency from Bramhill and Diana is nowhere. The Royalties may be the one ray of US sunshine. The ok.gov data will be out next week so we may have some data for Moccasin for the tail-end of Feb, possibly Taylor data too. The March data will be more interesting.

NSTA data for Feb will be out 1st May - hopefully Wressle will be back above 300 bpd assuming the rumour of 2 weeks downtime is true - if not, circa 250 bpd could be the new norm so 2025 revenue may be under $2.5m and we could see a loss in H1
