Why would anyone trust these clowns with new money? Despite circa £40m funding plus £12m revenue the mcap is sub £5m - these numbers speak volumes!

As far as I know, Keddington is the only onshore site with all the permissions in place to drill - something the JV has claimed would be done "this year" for the last 3 years. Perhaps this question is premature as the Finals are imminent:

The problem is micky we dont know how much cash ujo has, maybe £3m? what little transparency we used to get has evaporated, so buybacks or dividends may not be possible or sensible - the Finals should be very interesting

Has anyone found ANY reference to a 2nd Loan Note, when did we hand over £0.5m for the 2nd time? I thought the October conversion took care of our only Loan Note.

We need a 'doomsday clock' for RBD based on cash vs cash-burn. Unless CS is granted a permit or a placing takes place, I reckon we are less than 3 years away from bankruptcy (and that's ignoring a huge liability for decommissioning WN)

Where did these loan notes come from? I though the previous conversion took care of them.

(note based on the conversion price, RBD now considers the shares to be worth 1/10 of the value of the Oct price)
