UJOs Interims out imminently, the cash position is hard to estimate but the H1 revenue will be well down as will H1 profits. UJO is in an increasingly precarious position due to Bramhill's recklessness in Oklahoma, there's little hope of finding the cash for WN because the fool has spent it all gambling on stripper wells

Very good news for HE1 but a surge in the sp means a conversion is highly likely as the vwap - and therefore the conversion price - could be significantly below the sp by end of day

I dont think a Sark duster will have much effect on the sp because we are so used to bullcrap claims around our OK wells most of us are not expecting much. imo July data is key, Wressle & Kedd on 01/10 and sometime this month for Moccasin, good results for 2 or 3 of these wells and we may see a slight recovery in the sp. If Wressle is in the 260's again and Kedd doesnt impress then H2 revenue looks very shaky.

Best guess H1 revenue of £1.3m - if I'm right then H1 profit could be close to just £200k

Blubay, you're right that the two methodologies are different but they are both being used.

the conversion price is determined by using both methodologies and selecting the "winner" based on the highest

Louise clearly very bearish because of the CLNs (as am I) yet she gets abused for her opinion...meanwhile look at a Mcnol's posts pre fundraise, ramping the arse off HE1...

10 day vwap is roughly 0.34 so getting close to a conversion imo - end of this week perhaps

Neither Europa nor UJO has the money to develop Penystone, so it's hard to see anything happening in 2026. Even a Kedd side-track may be too much capex for ujo. wrt Sark, it looks like another Taylor, it's taking too long. the Interims will be interesting, lots of word salad coming our way...

Hi nigel the agm failed to pass the special resolution to authorise eog to issue more shares so that too is a major hurdle, however if the sp surges, perhaps due to a farm-out by Antler, the shareholders would imo be willing to pass an SR to issue more shares to facilitate a placing - lots of "ifs" though

There was a time when UJO may have bought some wressle from eog but ujo has its own problems due to reckless gambles in Oklahoma and an sp in the toilet due to failure after failure

As someone else recently pointed out - the par value of the shares is 1p - a placing cannot take place below the par value so unless the sp soars....no placing

...just trying to understand why H1 revenue was so good, about $1m from wressle less about $50k for the RSA, so where has the rest come from???

NSTA data states that Wressle produces 54'300 barrels in H1, that's 16'290 net to Europa or slightly under USD 1m, yet H1 revenue was £1.4m

Can anyone enlighten me as to the source of about £650k because I'm not aware that the other wells are very productive? thx

5 months to 31.12.24 was £1.2m & 11 months to 30.06.25 was £2.6m, so H1 2025 was £1.4m

I wonder if they are putting up a for-sale sign?
