Fyi I calculated H1 revenue as £1.2m-£1.3m whereas kim estimates closer to £1.7m, whichever figure is right I doubt 2025 will be profitable overall unless Kedd and JVs are doing really well. Wressle output in H1 averaged 300 bpd, I expect H2 to be less, maybe 280 bpd av., let's hope Keddington is having a stellar H2 to fill the gap.

I think the answer is that the mm's know exactly what the 10 day vwap is and are therefore pricing in an imminent conversion

I'm fairly sure the answer is no, but I'll ask anyway. When an II exercises a CLN and coverts to shares, do the shares come with a lock-in period or can they be sold immediately? If they can be sold immediately, then they could convert - say another £1m - sell the shares to drop the sp even further in order to exercise a CLN at an even lower price

They will probably issue an RNS this week saying "we see no reason for the fall in the share price"

I suspect the CLN debacle is quite an education for many shareholders who may not have understood the impact conversion would have on the sp. Further conversions could see the sp as low as 0.20 - 0.25 imo but whether one buys at .30 .25 or .20 there is considerable upside if all goes to plan. The problem I see is that there will be an overhang of over 3bn shares by the time the conversions are done so the sp could be under pressure for a while - we need some good news to underpin the sp

I stand corrected, 76m, not sure how I arrived at 130m! A SR is passed if 75% of the votes are in favour, it's not 75% of the shares in issue so I believe an SR would have a very good chance if the sp is circa 1.5p

Directors hold about 130m shares so 75% is possible, I would vote in favour as a placing gives them breathing room, of course I cant back up my opinions as I'm just a bad deramper : )

Thx for the clarification Serif. 1.20p or more could be on the cards once the farm-out is confirmed. UJO recently raised at 5p which is their par value so a placing at 1p seems quite feasible subject to an SR

Calm down dear - whilst I think a placing could be on the cards once the farm-out is confirmed, I remembered that EOG dont have permission to issue shares, hence my question. That's assuming there is no transfer on cash from Antler to EOG which some people seems to expect, I guess there could be a divi but I doubt it.

I think a placing would need a Special Resolution, is that right?

I could make a guestimate but I'll wait for the Interims instead - let's hope I'm wrong and all of you are right

Yes that's right, I sold most of my shares into the spike and bought back in and sold again at a profit but I still have some shares, trading is a perfectly valid approach, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. I still cant see a clear way forward for Europa's short-term cash troubles, can you?
