Gwynwyn, when you back a horse it's a good idea to study the form, yes UJO is in a very good position but the sp slips & slides month after month despite the success of Wressle and the incessant ramping by DBs disciples...and circle back to 'form'

The last placing raised £2.7m net and crashed the sp, many of us said at the time it wasnt needed, we were right. I am happy for the company to spend that money of divis and buy-backs. wrt a change of approach and a new vision, any ideas?

my fear atm is that despite DB saying he has no intention of increasing our stake in WN, he may be tempted to buy part of Rathlin's 4/6. (he has form, a month before the last placing he said that UJO was fully funded, we dont need a placing)

Banky, if WN is as good as they keep saying (RBD and UJOs Bramhill who went interview crazy yesterday) and Rathlin dont screw it up again, then the current mcap is pocket change. imo it's a gamble but one worth taking at the current sp, 100% downside, potentially huge upside, but it depends on so many variables

Pboo, surely you can see that your posts, my posts and posts from one or two other "trolls" are the only reason the company is so undervalued, if it wasn't for us the sp would have hit £1 by last Christmas! goodness me, it's gratifying that our opinions are held in such high esteem by the wider market. it's absolutely nothing to do with Egdon having drilled only one of our JVs in the last few years, or the endlessly optimistic time-lines announced again and again, or the endless promises of GTW & GTG, or having been told Keddington will be drilled "this year" every year for the last 4 years, or the useless team running WN, nope it's all down to the lse trolls!

it's correct to say today's cash balance does not include investments of £552k (my mistake), however that still leaves a significant cash-burn over 6 weeks. £10.5m - £552k -£9.75m + $1m from Wressle + Royalty sale means cash-burn of £1m plus the Royalty cash in just over 6 weeks. (one buy-back of £60k)

27th March cash of £10.5m

9th May cash of £10.5m

12th May cash of £9.75m

income during 6 weeks of $1m plus sale of Royalty yet cash drops £750k

The board has been paralised into indecision by the DHCS dispute, they simply can't see a way forward. my concern is that once that cloud has been lifted they still wont have a meaningful plan, just words.

Hello Jack, the $1m is the revenue from Wressle ie $15m less $14m in the previous rns, so ujo has spent circa £800k in 6 weeks as cash is unchanged (£60k spent on buyback)

Unfortunately we dont know if UJO was paid on the sale date or whether there is some complex arrangement to pay UJO when the buyer receives the accrual. what we do know is UJO spent $1m £ equivalent between the 2 RNSs

Revenue in 2020 was £158k, 2021 £1.89m, 2022 maybe £8.5m ?

that's a seriously good number, surely the market will have to pay attention?
