EDR has 35 licences including Wressle so lots for PP to develop. My guess is Heyco/PP as a 44% shareholder got tired of waiting for EDR to make real progress with other assets, Keddington for example which has planning permission locked in. The logical target would be UJO as every UJO asset apart from West Newton is operated and part owned by EDR. UJO has lots of cash too, although PP doesnt have a large position so it wouldn't come cheap like EDR.
