Whatever is said at the webiner later today may well push the price up

Any of our Finnish friend here want to let us know what's said during the Finnish Webinar before the English webinar starts after would be appreciated .

One thing is for sure.. the vast majority of the placing will come from Finland.. juho has put the gaulent down to make people rich... if bex fails and the finish people lose out.. he will need to move to another country!

For all who are depressed that faron slashed their share price.. kick in the guts? Yes!

However, what an opportunity to average down or increase your holdings on the cheap!

Not sure if they are saying if I want shares via the rex offer, they will do it but charge me 105 plus vat.

Or is that for the open offer?

We don’t distribute the details received about Retail Offers, mainly because of the very short deadlines. There usually isn’t time for us to communicate out to all clients, receive and collate responses, reconcile and submit the instructions.

If we’re contacted by shareholders we can do them on an ad hoc basis, however we would charge £105 + VAT for each instruction due to the work involved and having to prioritise it.

This morning we received the initial notification of an Open Offer, which we are due to receive entitlements for Today. Once we have those entitlements, we’ll be writing out with the details and the options available. It looks like 3 new Ordinary shares for every 7 shares held at an issue price of GBP0.85 per share, and our deadline for responses will be C.O.B 13th June.

As mentioned, we’ll be sending correspondence out Today or Tomorrow once the entitlements are received.

So basically if I open a account with AJ Bell or II,

Then I can still apply for shares via rex, not dependent on my current holding?

Or if we do.drop to 85p, I'll just buy on the open market

I might contact them and see what they can offer.. thanks all for the advice

Just spoke to my broker (x-o.co.uk)

They are not participating in the REX Offer.. tryed to get a reason why not but in the end they said, 'just not participating in this"

Quite disapointed with them.

Asked how long it takes to transfer my account to another broker. 3 weeks they say!

So that's me screwed out of this deal!

I hope you all can be more successful.. its a great opportunity if you can grab a few at 85p a share

1. If you transfer your account, will your shares be recognised for the rex offer?

2. Will.the transfer be completed within the rex offer time period?

To transfer to II, their website says:

"How long does an ISA transfer take?

An ISA transfer can take up to four weeks. We will update you regularly about the transfer’s progress.

The transfer could take longer if there are delays from your current provider. Part of the transfer process is reliant on them and their timeframes can vary. Some Cash ISAs cannot be transferred electronically. If that is the case, we will send you a transfer authority form to print, sign and return to us."

Basically we need to contact our brokers to see if they are participating. At the moment only 2 have.. gonna contact mine, again. Yesterday they said they were not! Shame to miss out!

Sounds like they are in serious discussions with a partner.. juhu said recently, why should they take the first offer! Get some cash quick and tell the future partner we are not desperate for your money.. offer more!

But as Cwebb says.. feels like all or nothing.

Juhu is.putting his mark a.CEO on faron.. fornsure he is banking on good results from phase 2 trials and a.big pharma for partner for phase 3..like this is.the last money raise.. giving at such a low price that they definitely get the funds needed.

I cant recall any management/BOD ect ever selling any shares.. they have all kept buying in on any placements..

Granted the last placement they are getting free shares so the price equates to 1 euro

But the point is, the share price is way lower than most of them ever paid..

Same boat as us all...

I bought quite a bit more today, more than I should have...

When the dust settles I expect the big supporters of farn.will have increased their holdings significantly.. hope I'm.in good company

Could it be so they are eligable to get in on the placing?

And where have these share come from?

Also for the uk there's around 6 million shares alloted.. so if its over subscribed it will mean everyone won't get their full amount.

However, I still can't figure out how to subscribe to them...!

All those unknown trades today look like buys.. could well be the same person loading up big!
