MHRA

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has a UK-wide remit. The MHRA ILAP team reviews applications for the Innovation Passport.

NICE

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence provides clinical guidance, technology appraisals, and quality standards for treatments and care. NICE is an England-only body.

AWTTC

The All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre supports the All Wales Medicines Strategy Group (AWMSG) to ensure fair and timely access to medicines in Wales. AWTTC also has a Yellow Card Centre Wales (YCC Wales) that monitors adverse drug reactions.

SMC

The Scottish Medicines Consortium is part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland. The SMC is a member of the Core Strategic Group.

The ILAP aims to streamline patient access to safe, innovative, and financially sustainable medicines. The first step in the ILAP is the Innovation Passport application, which is open to developers at the pre-clinical trial stage and beyond.

But bex is not just a one trick pony.. it is a cure for multiple cancers to a degree.

Why sell at at low price when with a bit more data it will be worth more.

I reckon juhu.is looking for a complete buyout.. someone asked today what some question of what bex could be worth.. double or triple the offer.. juhu said, something in that area..

The future of bex is in big pharma.. juhu is trying/gambling on getting the best buyout deal? Hence the market share price drop today!
