In simple terms:
a while back the BOD decided they could buy x amount of shares at .50p by a certain date.they have just done that

Those share have been created out of thin air and added to the amount of shares out there so in effect they have got some shares very cheap at todays value

I think good, its part of their payment for being a director so they have the right to do this. They could sell them i suppose and make double the money but then they could keep them

If they feel the SP will rise significantly then obviously keeping them would send a signal to the rest of the share holders... perhaps thats why they all have chose to exacise them all at once.

I doubt it has anything to do with raising funds for the company as its just 40 grand compared to the 1 million just raised

In 1 months time things could look very different for us

So it's possible the shares have gone to 1 institution but the TR1 can come out at the end of the month?

He should have bought them 2 weeks ago for 1.60, then the SP would have rose over 2p then done a placing at 1.6 or 1.8 then everyone would have been happy

But even more importantly has he bought them because he knows the resources we have are fantastic and a sell out is on the cards?

Maybe the money set aside for firetower will be used for Havieron as there is a chance Rio may want a JV/buyout?

Results for all Drills are excellent. New drill campaign planed to start in September 2018 for 10 weeks to drill 10 holes over 6000 metres to determine the extent of the high grade mineralization zone

Ask yourselves; if you were Rio and you get good results from your own drilling and you see good results from a explorer next door.. would you want to lock the whole area down?

Who know.. next news Rio pays for the 10 holes to be drilled at havieron and even blackhills after we get full survey results
