I can't see us going below a quid.. in fact I think by the end of the week we could be back to 1.90

If there was no news doesn't mean the SP will drift

However we are in a news rich period

Partner news before year end (according to the timeline on the investor presentation in New York last week) although I suspect it will be next year

One thing I am convinced of is that the BOD of FARN know the company value a lot better than the MMs

And when they keep buying into the company and more recently at 1.90 I see their valuation as a lot more credible

This will be reaching new heights and once the partner deal is done then we shall see where the SP is

So the tactic to drop the SP yesteday did create more sells than buys... Which means they found some of the shares they need for the over sell on Monday.

If it worked yesteday they may well do the same today!

Dan I agree... the MMs want to make money and if they get a sniff that they can create trades on a popular share they will do what they want... they don't care what a SP is as long as loads are trading it and they make money on every trade..

The only time they do care about the SP is when they have mates who want in cheap... I can't prove this but I'm convinced they do this especially when you see the SP drop when the buys outweigh sells 5 to 1 as we saw on Monday

MMs seem to be playing some sort of game here.. Desperté the overwhelming buys vv sells on Monday the SP dropped

Who have they being letting in on the cheap?

Drac, so as far as I understand the MMs can forward sell shares and have some time to balance the books with the actual shares

(I'm happy to be corrected here if I'm wrong)

But if they overall from what I've observed is where the MM games come in... they are fully aware that oversellin or having many buy can cause many to buy the next day...

I think that's what has happened here.. they couldn't afford to have another day of large buying... and bringing the SP down, this tactic has worked today...

Begs the question why bring the SP down yesterday? I think they had some large orders to fill at mates rates... that's why we saw so many very large individual trades.

But who knows the inner workings of the MMs

I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them

Faron pharmaceuticals have hit on a great thing and now we are fully funded for the next 12 months the partners we are in discussion with are goining to have to pay the big dollar to get their hands on clevegen

Drac, the day traders are wreaking the market... every man and his dog want to make a bundle doing day trading which suits the MMs cause they make their money on every trade...

But still in all the greediness its acually a fact most investing in AIM end up losing money.

But Faron is a great company, not your usual AIM lifestyle companies.. its BOD acually buy shares and pay market value every time

Do the large holders like Timo here say trade? No
Do the BOD day trade? No

They hold and have seen this rise from 80p not that long ago... yes they could have made loads selling on the stupid spike 2 weeks ago but never.. they are holding on for the multiples.. which will happen when the partner signs up soon

So my hands are sticky as well

But dont let all this craziness put you off owning FARN shares, as said farn are in a great place and if you read the RNSs and the companies presentation you will know why some IIs bought 9.5% of the company last week and why the BOD and Timo keep buying more.

Hold your nerve and wait out this storm and you will see great returns... AIMOO as they say

So this is what I reckon has happened.

Ect...

We are now on the radar as a good share to invest in.

After last week's placement the SP rose... as expected many more bought in.. the MMs oversold.

Then yesterday the buying went mental! nearly 1 million quid worth bought vs 200 thousand sold..

Now we are really oversold.

Reason for the buying? A combination of last week's investor presentation, IIs loading up... plus we may have some new large buyers stocking up.. all buying which gives the small guys like us confidence to buy more...

Trouble is the MMs have got greedy and way oversold... they have a few days to balance the books.

If they rose the SP today it would have triggered more buying on the back of all the buys yesterday
So they actually dropped the SP sending the signal to most that if we never rose with so much buying yesterday then we will never rise.

But here's the thing: the MMs are just interested in finding shares for the ones who bought yesterday

They made some gains but still have a long way to go.. so how will they play this tomorrow?

Higher - lower - hold ?

The trading going on are among the free float which used to be just under 20% of the shares (before the last placing)

But as for the very large shareholders like Timo and the BOD they are not selling anything.. These are the sticky fingers

However I would like to think the large buys yesteday adding toward 1 million quid some of those where Timo. He took some on the placing at 1.90... Why not beifit on the lower share price now!
