Bust the top downward trend line or bounce back down to 205p for a last test of botttom.....then its guessing time again ........except I have placed my bets

Calm down dear !! Read my past missives .......I am a great clarion for this share. If you can read the story behind the company........and the personalities driving it,,,,,awesome. Over many years they have painfully developed from a chance rogue drill hole put in against all the prevailing geological wisdom put together over decades to a 5 million oz resource. In their current form they have never paid a divi though previous companies on this patch have paid millions and millions. We are at the end of a long redevelopment of the mine which has been paid for without loans .......the mine is debt free after a 6 year build and development Dhurrrrr!! They have done the build whilst mining as well. So now the build is complete and they are up to date on development.........what will happen to all that money in the future. I am betting on a divi payment in the near future followed by a Take over. As you say the graph is a screamer. Sp is where it was 6 years ago and the have moved production from 50K oz to 230K oz .Dhurrr ! Fill your boots dude then hope those silly Billies in Washington ........... But they wont .....not yet but crunch time is coming. Good luck

pushing borrowing up ??.........cant go on for ever. Lots of metal being warehoused in of trading locations. My thought is that metals are being bought up as stores of wealth as certain elements in the markets are seeking to hedge their bets. Not serious yet but at some point the Americans just wont be able to secure further lending and as now the only way to pay off their debt is by inflating. No one thinks it wont happen. With gold graph are we just building the first shoulder to a classic head and shoulder formation. We havnt had the blow off yet ............ I shan't wait for 170p ......anything around 200p and below will do for me ..........cash arriving in next few weeks. Then I will fill my boots

Talking about severe inflation as being not to far away. Ducks are lining up nicely.......just have to wait......How long I hear U say ? Dunno.

I am sure you have checked out the graph........that's what is motivating me to put more money in at this price. Next 2 or 3 qtrs. will see the tonnage move up from 1000 tonnes a day to 2200 tonnes a day with I think they are chalking in a 30% fall in costs per oz of gold........ie from approx. $1000 /oz to say $700 /oz approx. Plus all that extra product..........mmmmmmm yum yum DYOR and IMHO

Well done on MONI. I was in there but sold out at 39p I think............whose a plonker !

I am waiting for 190p then I have a fund to buy so I can benefit from the next 3mthly reports as they show increasing production and efficiencies. IMHO and DYOR Graph looks strangely disciplined

That said I do see the sp declining to 190p to 200p for technical reasons and I anticipate our next quarterly report to gain KGI much credit though the market doesn't think one swallow makes a summer ............ I shall keep my powder dry........but clearly not my council. IMHO DYOR

By now you will know I am not convinced the closing of QE will be that easy an issue or for that matter as it stumbles on it will be that bad for the gold price. I believe the gold price will stabalize close to its present price and soon to rise.........but this wont be the driver for sp of KGI.............what will push KGI sp is the rising production and declining cost of production per ounce of gold produced..........and off the back of this improving outlook it will further boost sp AIMHO DYOR etc

Whats that I hear you say......well in case of nuclear war it is thought the cockeroaches will survive . So the cockeroach investment approach is designed to survive . 1/3 in Stocks and shares ie funds invested in major companies. 1/3 in Govt Bonds and Co investment grade Bonds 1/3 in gold and Gold Mines (producing or near producing)

Predicted falling Gold price for last spring and summer but it has been stable or risen quite a lot.

Saw a write up by one of the Financial Houses. Says Govmt buying is very strong as emerging economies want to diversify their asset holdings. Also M&A activity strengthening and small medium sized Co who can show the ability to take on projects and succeed with them .........increasing ore reserves and production are much sauté after fodder for the M&A market. That's us !!!!!! HUM had RNS ......getting excited about grades of 4 g/t ???

Don't forget the little flag which is flying high at moment. I guess that might see us over 300p. I do have £10 marked in for Xmas 2014 when the fruits of our Mine upgrade come thru as a flood of product and much improved economics. A year after that I wouldn't be surprised if we are T/O target and I would look for take out price of £20........that will all depend on the state of the ore reserve by then The latest discovery of high grade ore ( 30g/t at less than 100ft below surface ) on the newly acquired ground is going to put ore reserves up smartish. AIMHO and DYOR

We are now nudging and running along the bottom side of the short term trend line which is routed in Mid January 2013. So it could break up and out..........? or bounce of and break down......? or ignore it completely and just go sideways I luv graphs ......

We are in the season of financial doom and gloom. Yeh fiscal cliff will get trailed ( but Americans arnt even thinking about it as they hoover up cheep assets ) out again as will euroland crisis, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, France etc........... But the big deal now is declining currencies in China India and Brazil as the flow of cheep money is squeezed out. My guess is that Middle classes will try to preserve their wealth by buying gold as did the Japanese a few years ago. Some dollars yes but lots of gold. China is the scary one. The financial excesses were gross. Last year some car show rooms were offering to sell U a car and then give you your money back after 3 years there expectations on the money markets were so high. There are still thousands of unsold flats thrown up on loose money ( heard that before ?? ) So Somerset Webb offers a curt warning in Sat FT............she is always worth a read. I am going to go to Edinburgh Festival next year. !! We are just entering phase two of the boom and bust cycle according to FT....... a chap called Bartlett I think but credit FT..........If I understand them right they suggest........ Phase one boom and its different this time. Phase two realization the system is broke and this time isn't different and the Chinese don't have some genetic pre disposition to wealth creation because they are naturally hard working diligent and smart. Phase 3 is trying to repair the damage after it has become apparent with the significant financial and economic decline. So gold will always resurge. Together with firm gold price KGI is realigning '' resource and effort allocation '' from exploration and development to production. So the sp increase if it occurs wont just be in response to an improving gold price and sentiment but also due to marked lower cost per ounce of production and higher revenue from a 50% increase in production as we use all the new resources we have been investing in over the past 5 years to not only produce more but become more efficient. All IMHO and DYOR Clearly I am a fan of KGI. With all the reasoning I present I don't like to think of Myself as a ramper though you may think so. Please excuse me if that's the case and allow me my cheep ramblings and rampings with my apologies
