23 giga battery factories in production or being built right now. As these batteries hit the market end of 2018 then the breaks will be off ev production and we will go into tipping point ........ say 2019 to 2020 ? then it will be a chase to keep up.

The spread of resources here though many will see this as a weakness and a threat ........ possibly rightly unless we can get one of the ground pronto so we can avoid fund raising and dilution. I can remember the good old days when sever winters in USA and Europe would cause the price of oil to rocket. This would leave the oil producers wondering what to do with all their cash so it flooded into Gold. Back then the Gold Miners were quite traditional so all this extra money would hit the bottom line and so kick the sp sharply up. It was so easy !! Now central heating is mostly on gas rather than oil and there is even huge amounts used for power generation. So are we going to have the same dynamics showing thru now. Wont effect gold shares though. This will motor as PAX AMERICA waines. and the dollar world shrinks. We are well past 40p how cool is that ?? It is probably only a response to short term price hikes but long term it will be a response to our developing strategic configuration and resulting positive economies and hence M & A potential. The Zambian Govt might take a stake ...... min 10% ???? But I am favourable to opinion posted here that it might seem Zam, Dept Mines have given a steer here. The prospect of decent regular tax revenues must be enticing and this would be coincidental to their sharpening up their admin of the mining industry ahead of a squeeze up on metal prices ....... ie computerizing their licence data base.

Super posting Small scale licence according to your posted Zam Mining law certainly need Zam Citizens on the small scale licence. We know we don't have that so we wont be working under a small scale licence unless we get some 5% Zam Citizen influence to buy in ....... presumably very cheaply Just leaves the large scale licence which you say is probably still in force, Lets hope Then the question which we might ask. Is processing of surface material Mining or is it similarly constrained with a requirement of local ownership. Further we must wonder what the ''Large Scale Mining Licence '' can be used for ?? Yeh this is a proper oily. I managed to make some on UKOG but needed to get in early though for me it wasn't the bottom. I realized they can never exploit the resource in a way to reflect the size of the resource. ie road transport limited by social disruption and land availability. Laying a pipe line to coast similarly afflicted with constraints. So the off take will be highly fought so in the end they will just gently bleed it for a couple of hundred years or until oil becomes irrelevant and so low in price it just wont be worth the gravy. That said I do expect gentle production for the next 100 years but not at a rate which justifies huge mkt cap. Here I can see max production the fields can do until depletion within next 25 years as oil price fluctuautes and gradually ev take over by which time we are out.
