You are right IC coverage on IQE is shameful. I think it might go back to a pump they did a few years back which was followed by a fund raiser and ..... yes sp collapse. Of course it climbed again quite soon there after. With the recent articles by the shorters I was shocked by their reporting ....... totally on the lines that '' well shorters provide a useful function in the market so we should take them seriously '' No acknowledgement that they had a massive financial reason to dis IQE. I don't buy IC anymore ........ just scan it at the library. Chums with Samancor ........... Difficult to read anything in there. I guess useful info would be how close Sylvania Platinum have some useful plant to Hernic Mine. If they have a decent dump and extraction Plant next door or even within 15 Km on a decent road then Sylvanis may well have eyes for Hernic Mine current tailings production. Other than that they would have to buy us (split us up and sell off what they cant use) or our Hernic extraction plant and the Tailings we own. That would be attractive at our current sp IMHO but unlikely. Samancor might be less cooperative than Mitsubishi. But they have an amazing bargain. A casual glance at the ownership of Hernic mine says it all. It would be interesting to check out a few of the invoices Hernic Mine suppliers were putting thru. I bet Tokyo didn't look to closely at the individual invoices and the suppliers probably knew it. Anyways so far so good Rosewall ......... You stalking me ?? CB is very good at apologising and grovelling ........ so if they cant provide a sensible explanation I expect that. That said the suspension / cancellation / withdrawal of the licence does make a lot of sense in todays goings on in 3 rd world mining domains. Zam will be keen to log into the EV prospects as well as bringing themselves up to date on Social Responsibilities. Hernic ??? Yawn !! Its gonna mine and we will have negotiations to do with the new owner I expect. Our cushy association with Mitsubishi reflected their lack of understanding and competencies in the mining arena. But we are only talking about new stuff reaching surface and destined for dumps. I don't think there is any hurry for us to show our hand and agree something now ........ after all we have plenty to go at before our Hernic plant runs dry. So when the new owner is installed and thumping away in profit we may have to pay to get the new stuff. Hope its not the bunch that bought our smelter of us and didn't know how to run it. Makes sense apple are looking into screen tech.. ...... All the touch screens I use are a pain in the bum so there is IMHO a likelihood that apple have marked this out for something to do for improvement. How much this impinges on our exposure to apple is something I don't know. But if it is only screens then we can relax a little. It is however unlikely that Apple wont take a completely novel approach and persue very different materials to thiose we are heavily patented into ,,,,,,,, (grapheme ??) That would be typical of Apple but would also put a decent time line on it. So we know nothing ...... but there is the suggestion apple should just buy us. That makes sense too. Fascinating read this morning for an electronics dummy like me ........ still waiting for solar....... which first attracted me to IQE all those years ago ........4p

Preliminary meetings with potential Customers ...... that's not a meeting its a '' preliminary '' meeting. ........ and its not a Customer its a '' Potential '' Customer. Discussions kept low key whilst testing is in progress. They are testing it because they don't know it is a substance they are even interested in. So the level of importance attached to any comms is very low. ........ or '' low key '' . I am expressing my own opinions as in AIMHO which are well grounded in the RNS info and reflect the significance attached to the Co by the market. 3M for goodness sakes. Just because you are taking a massive gamble you do not have the right to pump and ramp free of other points of view with the suspected possible objective of sucking nieve investors in to raise the price so you can get out making some money. manipulative posting is offensive. If we think we can just move the pit to avoid moving all those villagers and avoid objections ........ What on earth possessed us to think we would be able to up root all those folks so we could have a mine near their site. Obviously we now have to revisit and resubmit the EIA cos the old one applied to an open pit we no longer think we will mine. So expect a '' no '' on our new application for permits. Just plain nieve and arrogant. It was only going one way and we weren't looking for a couple of years whilst we got all embroiled in politics. breathtaking !!!!!

Condor already provided hundreds of people with jobs. PR people, drillers, admin, people to schmooze the locals etc. Nice big fat payroll . They don't see the need to change the statuesque quo. If Condor run out of money can we expect to see more financing from JS and Beaty and PI etc against a flurry of PR and then no doubt / possibly we might see a sell down and / or shorting after some suitable hype. AIMHO I am not saying this will be the case; its just what appears to happen on AIM imho Are there Classic AIM jockeys operating here. ??

I can acknowledge that. By the same token I think my comments are fair enough. I have been in many small gold mining shares and prospects and this one sticks out above all others for convoluted ifs buts and maybes and seemingly endless delays. There is no element of misfortune as far as I can see. There is one glaring weakness here which I refrain from mentioning for now but it might be too late to correct but ..................

Absolutely agree Moneyhawk. We should know the plant well now and be in a position to understand the reality of production prospects now we have build and production experience.. If they don't match the nameplate tonnages we envisaged at outset the BOD should fess up asap. GL

Brave words M8 ......... But why are we showing Mkt Cap of 3M ?? I know of a coffee shop with a higher value and for that matter a small country Hotel worth more as well .. A football player could buy the whole enterprise with one afternoons fees. Please don't say it just shows how under valued we are. We wont ever be that undervalued. If we were valued at �30M then maybe. No....... the reason is we are actually irrelevant. We don't have a saleable product and the market is full up for years to come. Nope ....... we don't have anything anyone wants at any price. surely ????

Seems we have agreement there are very real blocks to our aspirations to do some mining in Nicaragua. And it is not bad judgement to think we are wasting our money. It maybe specifically our Management or BOD in some way have a situation which '' they '' are not able to resolve. ie '' Is there something we don't know about '' ??? A poster's suggestion we sell on might be the best route out. Even with permitting the long trek thru fesos and EIS will prove and be an endless minefield for political and Civil objectors to create mischief in the future and this will endless drain our resources. This has started very very badly and logically will continue badly. Nic is not a Supportive Friendly Mining environment for Condor as we present in country and there is no indication this is likely to change. Anyone seeing the presentation might just give our man some serious heat with some questions.

Hernic, Kabwe ........ both these are outside our control !! In my trite little investing rule book this is a red flag to my inner bull. I often buy when Co are beset with problems which '' CAN '' be addressed and corrected by Management. ie market will trash price but Management will correct and sp will eventually respond. But Hernic and Kabwe although they are outside our control from me they don't attract a harsh judgement. I am utterly sure Hernic will get a buyer but I don't know what deal we can get for currant tailings production. Kabwe is highly prospective for good profitable production so it will get a licence. But will it be to us ?? Sadly we cant guess. What we do know is the resource lay without interest for years because of a lack of know how. We have come along with know how and a plan so this is opportunity for Zam Govt to get some tax revenue quite quickly by allowing our knowhow to be engaged ......... if they include us in the licence. So I am hopeful on both counts. Even so we still have DCM and platcro resources to develop if we don't get addition of current mining tailings at Hernic and we arnt included on the licence at Kabwe. ........ and our sp was much higher even without Kabwe. !!!!
