I think not !! They just saw a very rapid rise in our sp and as '' always '' an sp always rises too high. so once the sp peaked then its quite a simple matter to short. Any skills required come in the getting out and they clearly have got it together here. And regulators just too lazy to come with hassle to discourage crooks. Yes March should close the door on shorters but the real meat will come when the big Welsh facility comes on line. Anyone know when they are scheduled to switch on ??

Havnt BMR said they don't expect much support from JLP on their efforts to recover their Mining Rights. Might that mean they see us as possible hostile in this regard.. This might suggest some of the suggestions here of JLP gaining Mining Licences in Zambia as credible. and even anticipated by BMR.

Every one is excited about the MOU. So Posseul say they will buy 70% of our production.. At what discount to market price ?? 50% ?? We don't know but it does tell us they have a huge portion of the market closed out. Oh joy they will help us with capital cost to get up and running. In exchange for new shares to be issued. Oh NO !! MASSIVE DILUTION COMING THEN ????? Let me guess 70 to 90% ??? So basically we have all those people supposed to working for us but they wont break sweat ......... just hand it all to Posseul. Now the shorters are spooking investors by suggesting their capital gains are at risk ........ which they are over the next month or so but by the end of this quarter we will show a solid progress and extra ordinary growth. I was expecting a MAJOR fund raising to finance the building of news factories but it looks like another British failure as our technologists just arnt up to it and also lack the skills and common sense to get Politicians on side. Very disappointed with progress here. The list of producers is formidable. With any price pressure they will all have spare capacity they can open at relatively short notice. We will have to take on the weaker higher cost producers to muscle our way in onto the producers list. To do this we need a BOD convinced and dedicated to going to production. I wonder if we have that after more than 10 years. Riddler is convinced by his conversations with the main man. Being familiar with Riddlers posting over the past few years I dont think he is a name droppper but is sincere in his opinions. So both Sunrise and Tertiary wont leave the gate together if they do get out. One will be left behind. Caution says so never mind the merits. And the main man is Cautious isnt he.

So on the basis that the shorters having had the report since 1st week dec 2017; and only release it now to encourage the unsophisticated and naive investors to divest and sell to provide shares for them to close their short positions; I shall be hovering to pick my moment to add to my holding, I guess at around 80p to 90p and keen to see IQE response when it comes. I would say I have faith in Rasmussen and Nelson and think it unlikely they would indulge in dodgy practice to give the sp wings particularly in view of my years of criticism for ultra conservative practice and failure to help the sp on its way IMHO and DYOR. (originally bought near 4p so I have earned my wings)

Dam and Blast !! I agree entirely your post 16.05. I am finding feelings of frustration and sp treading water on all my small cap miners. I tell myself by July things will perk up but on past experience I may not see much improvement in sentiment until September. I guess !!

The sp action on JLP isnt unlike a number of other quality small cap miners many of which have been in the doldrums since Xmas. Maybe April or June will see a change (brokers back from the ski slopes or before they head of to their boats on the sea of Caribe. and WI
