This is interesting cos The chinese have (with South Africans ) invented the pebble bed reactor which addresses many of the environmental toxic issues of the old style reactors. Many Millions more sold than bought. Someone is holding this one up. It needs to go down to 40p until the autumn then it will be ready to move up. Is someone trying to move his stash of options. He certainly has some good friends, I'd like some to. In present conditions no way will it move above 85p. Needs another 2yrs. Obama will favour telcos in his rebuild of America so this is certainly on my buy list but not till late summer along with Colt.

I think. When a Chairperson is heading for resignation its a good time to pull all the bad stuff out in the accounts. Its hard to work out cause and effect here but I think it happened one way or the other. So then all the ****ed off friends and family sell out and the new guard starts buying which i expect you have noticed over the last month. This first builds up the stock on the market makers shelf and then this last month he has been running the stock down.. Now I expect his stock is at manageable levels so he can start nudging the price up !!!!! What do ya think ??? To simple?? Could be we give these market makers to much credit.

All its got is a very significate grade potential. One (and only one) sample came in at approx 11kg tonne. I mean give a supermarket trolley and I'll go down and get the stuff out with my hands and probably do better than all those highly paid engineers on surface running around pretending they are inventing some super duper remote controlled front end loader. So the gamble is wether he is worth the pay and wether he has enough of a grasp of Managing contracts in an underground situation such as they have at KLG. I have looked at the grades on the current drill program and frankly the grades are uninteresting. We can all hope that luck will intervene but at the moment there isnt any grade to lead us to believe better times are ahead. Hope maybe but no real indications. Just scratching around

how to manage a Mine. Why are we wasting time effort or money on the 50/50 SMC when we have plenty of 100% owned property which we plainly cant mine and manage with any degree of competance. Plainly we are led by lucky prospectors rather than by solid mining professionals. Talk up time is over we need know how.

Some of the fin mags I graze talk about some fancy financial shinannigans being responsible for the erratic market. They say Hedge Funds are passing over their shares to banks in exchange for more money to hold their dodgy possitions. These shares have been collared or passed on and in the extreme (Landsbanki) nobody knows where they are.. Topically Purchase of Sainsburys scuppered as 10% of their shares are awol and Mr Green had to abandon his pursuit of Woolies on like grounds. Nothing for it but to buy in tins of baked beans and hunker down its going to be a long cold winter

But think this time next year the chance to get in at 60p will be just a dream. I cant imagine this sort of punishment is deserved but it is I think a chance to get in at a very good price. Wealth warning I have never called it right.

at end of last month.. No doubt to welcome the new production man in. Seems he might have an idea how to lay the mine out and mine to get the stuff out. Red lake or was it Hemlo seemed to have lost a savvy production man. Synic that I am I wonder why. Still one year will see the difference if he can do it here. ( Thats the time reach of an underground Manager;; ie developing and getting the stopes in and producing. ) One thing I am certain they dont have a Mine plan that is worth anything so he is certainly going to enjoy the first 4 weeks with a blank sheet of paper. Not many miners get that chance.

This is some way of actually making money. I think of it as being where wind power was 15 years ago. For me the plain good sense of it has a magic attraction and I love the engineering. Money men dont like the idea of things being covered by the ocean ( corrosion, getting bashed up by waves etc ) So this will dribble on for years to come because in this class of energy generation ie Ocean power, there are unresolved issues about which is best : buoys, seabed turbines ( EON ), hinged surface floats etc and there is no Institutional back up of £billions behind it yet. If I get involved it will be here with OPT because I dig the Engineering as a method of extracting energy from the Oceans. It might still be a year or two early. There is one big plus which as yet hasnt been covered by the pundits. With arrays of numerous buoy planted around our coasts ( Energy Farms ), they will in a practical sence become exclusion zones to shipping and fishing thus providing isolated breeding zones for fish and benefiting the coastal environment and fish resource.
