“We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Applications Team in our Payout department on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the initial stages of their application journey by educating customers about our product(s), its benefits and how to apply for a loan.
Key responsibilities include:
Collate the contents of complex loan applications and gather relevant information and documents in preparation for the lending decisions team to access and review;
Ensure that customers understand how their loan works; talk to customers about their responsibilities and what they can expect from Amigo;
Manage inbound and outbound calls and process applications and resolve any issues;
Investigating and communicating directly with customers regarding discrepancies where necessary;
Review, and assess non-complex customers applications for lending, in line with Amigo and regulatory requirements;
Take ownership of your workload and consistently achieve productivity targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
Collaborate with colleagues and managers within the Lending Decision teams to support the customer journey through to a responsible payout decision;
Adhere to all procedures to ensure the full protection of all customers and company data.”
