The market would be more inclined to believe an audited update.

I do Not consider that a reasonable excuse to not have the half year report - sounds like “it was work I said I would do but I don’t technically need to do it, so I’m not and I’m busy doing nothing productive”

Whatever AC does in the future he will need to raise capital, combined with the many changes that have happened recently an up to date financial report is needed more then normal circumstances to keep investors and everyone informed.

I have said in the past, there will be a smart meter built in to your home electric car battery charger, you need CAT 5 cable aswell as the main 6/10mm feed to install a car point by building regs, they will force the charger to be connected to the internet by that or 4/5G. they will track your usage and effectively charge a different rate for electricity used to charge a vehicle and the equivalent tax to petrol/diesel will be added to it.
It will NOT be cheaper to run an electric car in the long run.
