Around £750k is what the market prices similar shell companies at, but if it drops to your prediction I would happily buy a large chunk as a speculative punt again, if anything for the entertainment of calling a vote to boot your old chums off the board.

Small values but 3% / ~250k shares have been purchased today.
Not insignificant when you consider that only 1.6m of the 8.4m shares are floating about freely and not listed on the significant holder page.

All done, now a shell with 5.2b shares in issue and ~£200k cash (rest raised was funnelled off to find the demerger debt)

In current market expect a £750-800k Mcap / ~0.015p a share roughly.

All down to speculation now, during this period it could see £400k Mcap to £3m Mcap.

A new aim listing is about £600k admin / £1m admin for a main listed stock. At the time wdc transitioned there were atleast 6 other shells sub £500k Mcap which they could have taken with no historic debt, small amounts of cash and net positive assets all acquired by other companies in the end for for very, little a few hundred k in some cases. Choosing any other available shell at the time would have put icon on better foundations. All in the past now, can only hope that they can make something of it.

Shows why the old companies which are being liquidated should have taken all the debts with then, written off and the new company should have been listed from a different shell that had no historic debts attached.
(But as we all know this was set up as a milking cow by for ehgos originally.)

Its 800k shares short of the 35,280,240 sell but they are the only party with near the figure of shares sold (34,480,240), they either had an extra 800k shares tucked away or sold through their broker / 3rd party who then sold everything that they had to hand in the same trade.

Or the trade has been reported wrong and will be reprinted at some point.

When you say pump and dump
Are you referring to the 500% rise in share price from March to November 40p to £2.50
or the 15-20ish % swings from 75p - 88p since the November update?

SP down here is still just an over reaction to Jupiter or whomever it is dumping in to the normally illiquid stock, (potentially having to build up and use shorts to dispose of their holdings?), fairly confident it will rise to ~£1.10-1.20 on its own merit just based on last net assets.

Did expect the £1 to be hit again by now considering the volume traded (~38m since the trading update) but just got to wait it will come.

Based on the volume traded i would speculate that Loop has a whole new retail shareholder base with lower average prices that would be more prepared to accept an opportunistic bid.

IMO, £1.80 / £100m Mcap should be the lowest take over bid.
thats only 2 x revenue and would probably add ~$500m to an already over valued S&P500 stock valuation.
and with their tech stocks so so over valued it would be a great time to go on an acquisition spree to utilize the high share prices and the FED buying their bonds irregardless if they are junk.

Wow someone was desperate to get the stock trading again, not seen an intrastate restoration for a long time.

Suspension Just gives whoever can’t pay up two weeks to come up with the cash, without letting them manipulate the stock price to do so.

The strong wording at the end might indicate that an other potentially better offer is in the works - but this part is pure speculation on my part.
