Zen has promised out alot of shares and funding for various projects including AAOG congo, Coro, Riverfort ESA, Norway, Tunisia, Other 1kbpd WA asset so alot of dilution to come.

And AAOG would need $3m-$5m to go it alone so would have to fund that somehow, failing finding of new funding or partial asset sales Congo will get liquidated and the shell gets put in to use.

Forum don’t have to buy any shares, they can RTO an asset in to the company as it is, Angus paid £1 upfront for saltfleetby.

The shares they own just enable them to put a new board of directors in, retain control over their target asset and the plc.

Aaog may need to raise some capital (I say May - but more than likely they will) but The RTO target could be purchased for £1 (ie Angus) or £10m and funded by a supply agreement (ie zens latest deal) Or something similar.

Until we know the asset and finance details we are all in the dark.

As a rule 15 shell we Still got up to a year after the disposal to sort something out. (6months while listed, +6months suspended).

They don’t have much to hand but They should have the £250k, as part of the nearly £2m raised over the last 3 months was for Congo (not that ACs word means much, looking at past cash raises and AZ) Yes it doesn’t excuse the time it’s taken or the lack of updates on our side or explain how the costs will be paid going forward.

Getting Harder to look for the positives as time goes by, seems as if forums purchase just stretched out their planned timeline, nothing else has has happened yet.

(another little secret, why remain unnamed? the usual suspects spring to mind : Miton, Riverfort, YA, EGHOS are the ones who specialize in the ESA / ISA deals and in Zens case maybe the forward selling placing flippers are having a go too).

I doubt it, but If it was the plan they would have to execute it quick, there is a growing line of people holding the confetti, Coro are potentially due £3.5m and Riverfort have £1m on CLN to convert along with everyone else from the other deals.

It could be an unplanned silver lining, Zen has gas assets and Forum (who are apparently not PXP related) could then supply Italy the gas products it needs, along with all the other projects it could add up to a profitable customer for PXP.
