Only asking because AAOG (a completely different play and story I know) is being forced to become a shell again once it drops its overall licence stake in its particular assets to 11.2%.

It would have had a completely different feel to it if this was announced at the same time as the LOI, they could have sold it as something like: “as part of the commitment to the $2m investment upon completion at 2.5p, we have raised x at x”

Sounds better than the current strategy which feels like “ to exploit any strength shown in our share price we will keep taking every penny possible, from wherever possible, whenever possible.”

The way I look at it The shares in zen that we were potentially going to be issued at 0.5p and that forum didn’t want for £300k have been valued by someone else at £2.5m.

Will be more comfortable with $2m in Shares at 2.5p over a $2m outstanding bond.

They won’t recover it, it will be converted to additional license share. IMO..

That’s the current plan that works, but the government will force different forms of taxation on usage And ownership of any vehicle. The Cars or chargers will log the usage eventually, and I wouldn’t ever put it past government to make up as many forms of taxation to cover the near £30b / year they get from
Fuel duty that they can’t afford to loose.

Just checking old watch lists, interesting discussions on The ev here but thought I would add one point on the cost of charging cars, what happens to cost, feasibility and usage habits when you factor in for when the government puts smart meters in the chargers (or at the consumer unit on the feed to the charger) and then they charge a tax per kWh charged, it will happen they have to replace fuel duty tax receipts eventually.

Yup agree there, our votes won’t matter, I’m Pretty sure miton / Riverfort will vote with forum to secure their zen stake from the dilution and if zen want financing to help I’m sure they want to be the one providing it.

thats less than a £1.5m mcap / 0.22p per share on the theoretical 674.4m shares in issue?

Original deal :
£500k over 6 months + £500k in shares

Revised deal :
£800k over 10 months

hummm id still rather have the stock, it has a 40% buffer built in to it and worse case the company can always open a hedge against part of it if it spikes before the 6 months.

compare that to Coro having £400k of shares at 6p in December !
