The Company has received an update to the formal notice from Richmond Group Limited ('RGL') requisitioning a general meeting of the Company's shareholders (the "Requisition Notice") reported on 27 August 2020.

RGL have withdrawn the resolution to remove Glen Crawford as a director of Amigo.

As reported on 27 August 2020 the Company intends to post a notice of general meeting, containing the valid resolutions set out in the Requisition Notice, to its shareholders, by no later than 17 September 2020.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014.

It was from other ventures and considered it "good debt" at the time i took it out.
Already have treated myself, im picking up a new to me (second hand) Celica GT Saturday, if i didnt buy it it would have been an R6 or R1 or something that would have killed me eventually.

Start of Covid i had £40k debt, and £30k in shares which dropped to £12k in March.

Now i will have £80k (@20p) and have made a few k for others along the way, its been alot of stress, time and research but Amigo and a few other stocks will have given me back years of life freedom.

and £1k or £10k is a lot to me too, mind you i also moan about the price of a greggs sausage roll now, they were 5 for £1 not long ago.

Put your d***s away, we are all small fry compared to the guy whos going to buy 29% of the company, and try to find happiness in what you have.
