im exposed to £2k and own 1% of the company, pretty sure ill be ok.

besides Spending some time here as a distraction with little risk has made me more by not trading other stocks im in.

ill probably sell half again if it goes stupid, ive seen many last day rallies (and drops) in the past but this one is pretty unique in the market at the moment, price wise atleast in my mind, so im willing to see how it goes.

the set up is just to clean for nothing to happen.

think they might have a few legal issues with shareholders in the works too, given the £2b drop in mcap when that news was released. I wonder if they are worth anything on a voluntary liquidation?

the filter tool is great.

quite common for large trades to be printed after the order has been filled.

i had the excel file up as i was looking through it anyway so just thought id put them on the bottom to give an idea on prices paid around that printed time, it could still be a sell, either way its been filled.

Poor Glen, think of the retirement he would have had if he left that first purchase a couple of months and purchased at 5-8p.

As the board pointed out in the last RNS :

"· Further, RGL will in any event require the prior approval of the FCA to acquire 20% or more of Amigo shares and thereby become a "controller" of a regulated entity. There is no guarantee either that this further approval will be granted. This will limit any share purchase by RGL up to 20%. In the absence of the required prior approval from the FCA, execution of the irrevocable instruction would result in RGL committing a criminal offence when its shareholding exceeds 20%."

So, this protects us from not just Richmond but other opportunistic buyers trying to take us over on the cheap too.

i would ask Glen what prices were hinted at by various parties during the formal sale process and then given Glen paid 38p* earlier this year for a few million in stock what he thinks of JBs opportunistic 20p offer.

*think it was 38p, im to lazy to look back right now.

At <400k Mcap It has potential for anything, it’s not stupid to stay in for a small gamble, the last rns didn’t give anything to Indicate it’s the end, only that it’s entering the suspension period
