if they wont tell shareholders the current size of the claims how can anyone make an informed decision of their performance?

if they wont tell the owners (shareholders and potentially bond holders) of the company where they stand, if they will not tell you the truth when asked how can you vote for them?

how can you vote for a party of individuals that wont even tell you how much they have f#ed up?
