Now that Cuda are in the hands of the receivers, am I right in guessing that they will be managing it as a going concern until the sale is complete. That is, they will have put in place a freeze on all existing debt until the receivership case is settled and then dish out whatever monies achieved from the sale to all those that are owed monies ( in whatever legal order they are required to ) and in the meantime.......they will be paying ongoing liabilities from any sales revenue, What I am trying to say is that since the receivers have taken over Cuda, we are probably getting their costs atm covered from their oil sales and therefore that will be taking that burden from us since December or thereabouts..gla
