Except for panicked LTHs, this new acquisition is in need of funds to grow and the reverse takeover will give the project a place on Aim where it can raise funds to do this. No hurry for new funds yet as fully funded for the first 25 MW plant.All eyes will be on if they hit this target as this will be transformational for the company, giving it a large revenue stream and more chance of raising funds at a much higher so...gla

The first 5, yep, and the next 20 is fully funded, so I can see a roll as we anticipate hitting the end of year target....as I've said, just my take on things...gla

My view, the consolidation will happen and the sp will after a slow start, go on a roll as we advance towards 25 mw...gla

Let see if they can get a deal, they seem quite confident that they will and boom time if they can.

To step in and be the supplier of gas to Europe as they cut ties with Russia.....we may see some value here yet, gla

Can we expect the if the 5MW is up and running by April, we could be looking at 400 thousand dollars a month revenue and if the can hit the 25MW by year end, we would be looking at 2 million a month next year ?

Not how I read it.....
100 shares last week were 100 x .16 =16
Then we had the announcement that shares would be set to .5 pre conciliation to accommodate the deal.
So shares in Kibo would be calculated as been .5 then concilliate 1 for 10 to come up with an sp of 5
100 shares would become 10 @ 5 in a company in a company with less than 500 million shares and a value of £25 compared with last weeks valuation of £5 million.

Also....after consolation,
our 2983 million share @ .16, value approx £5million become 298.3 million shares @ .5, value approx £15 million
Then add 200 million new shares...total = 498.3 million @.5, value approx £25 million

What am I missing ???
Our value will have times by 5 from £5mill to £25 mill all as a result of this reverse takeover

Am I right in thinking the following ???

If I had 100 shares pre this announcement @.16, they would be worth 16.
Pre the share conciliation....
The share price will be marked up to .5 instead the .16 where it suspended at , so now my 100 share will be now worth 50
Then we concilliate 10 for 1 and .5 becomes 5
Now my 100 shares are only 10 but with the new share price of 5 which = 50

If this is correct, then we'll done bod and bring it on....

At the moment, it's holding has become quite valuable ( especiallyif its oil is not hedged ), but this value is only good if it can be released. Lets say we are outbid on Cuda, Copl as the operator may just decide not to ramp up production atm and push ahead with our new discovery and I can only presume Cuda's new owners can do Jack about it, if we did.

Going on behind the scenes here, never seen a share trade like this especially the way oil is trading atm..gla, we will know soon.

Do you think all efforts atm may be geared towards the new find and efforts to ramp up production on our present works are on a back burner.Lets face it, if the new find is as Art has stated, we should be looking to partner and hit the road running with as many wells as possible especially with the situation with oil...gla

If we can maintain the current output and average oil price stays around $100, we are looking at $30 million revenue for the year, even with our disastrous hedge. That's just the basics, without all the other news that's due...gla

Was reported as a bargin with oil trading at $40 a barrel...we are nearing three times that atm.

We're now saving about $150 k a month on our hedged gas price...91 cents in 2021, now 76 cents in 2022..gla

Lets hope it all just chest pouting from Putin and he will use it as a method to save face and backs off as negotiations carry on. If he carries on, he economy is going to go into a death spiral....sad times...gla
