This deal will be transformational for Kibo, 5mw paying revenue from April, further 20mw fully funded and said to come on line by the end of 2022 (presumably in stages which will provide the foundations for any growth in the sp ) and finally £7 mill cash on the books for unforseens or opportunities. My view now is easily an sp 1. soon after relisting and heading towards 2. on targets been hit.
All a big if atm, let's see what news comes in the next six weeks...gla

You don't need to check my previous posts, I say it it as I see it, yep, I don't expect to make a loss here, but I do think the finance providers are greedy ...... and will milk this company as much as they can, leaving the average pi the crumbs to fight over..

So much talk for months of transformational news due anytime now !!!
Art may have good intentions but because of Cuda going bankrupt, it causing lots of financial strain and I believe Art is juggling the figures instead of saying it as it is.
Let's face the facts, (if and its a big if atm ) we do get Cuda, at what price and how do we pay for it, he raised $8mill for Cuda but it's obvious he is using some of this to keep the company liquid as Cuda's revenue input is on hold atm.
Then, if we get Cuda, we need to finance the 2k pipeline to increase production.
He is talking of new wells in the new field which will need funds now, not when we generate it organically from oil revenue.
The sp has now been worked down to which a placing around 20 or below would give the "new investors" a moderate discount and not seem a total rip off to existing holders and we will have our new group of posters telling us how good the placing is given that the discount was do small....
The finance providers are playing us pi's big time, the last placing was @ 16 and sold on to us in the mid 30's, nice profit to all involved, now they will be back to do the same again, but this time they be having a free ride.
Art probably has no choice as the money men will dictate how this pans out and his hands are tied......but the whole thing stinks.

Been here a while now and funny how so many new posters turn up supporting each others views as to why and how Art has done it wrong....maybe Art is in cahoots with them, I don't really care !!!, look what we own in this market and chill.

Me personally, I see it as transformational news for the company and the sp will be going North on relisting, but each to their own. If your already invested here, you wouldn't be knocking the news and if your not invested, no need to get yourself worked up. The only people I can see being negative here are investors who have sold and will miss any future gains if the sp does take off (we've all been there and if your bitter you've earned the right to be, but your bitterness is not going to change the path of sp if this reverse takeover hits it targets)...gla, whatever your views..
Ps..people have said investors will be running for the doors and no new investors will want in, let's just see what updates we have before relisting first, before we start shooting this new venture down.

Yesterday's gains are gone now, this is painful to watch but nothing you can do atm, those attacking have deep pockets..gla

To be fair, I got taken in by it all too and will admit I added to the sh..storm of waffle posting, to which I hold my hand up. Voids in news can be frustrating and when the board turns negative, you start to doubt your reasoning for buying.....anyway, long story short, I'm still here and focusing on why I originally bought...gla

Is slowly becoming farcical.....if there is no news, let's stop trying to make some up, you will know about Cuda in time, you will get your news on the oil discovery in time, if things aren't happening fast enough and your not happy, move on !!!, because if you're investing is biased on information from this and other boards, your out of your depth...Anybody notice how many new posters turned up given their advice when the sp was in decline...says it all..gla

Can we safely presume that all those £8 mill placing shares @ 16 have been flogged @ around 30 plus to us mugs, with the help of Art's comments " look at me, can't get enough shares on the open market"..boll.xxxx . Now, the select few who where invited to the placing can climb aboard the next rock bottom placing, content in the fact that they have a free ride using the profit they made from us.
Am I bitter, slightly, if you can't trust the Bod of your company, who can you trust ?
I'm of the opinion now that a placing is on the cards and if that's not the case and yesterday shenanigans was just a simple tree shake, l will eat humble pie...... but leopard and spots comes to mind..gla

Why the drop, I haven't heard anything the warrants it, we're making money atm, we know lot of news soon and Art over excited to buy more shares....is this a tree shake, or a play to go lower pre announcement of another fund raise, we have been held in the low thirties for a reason.....hope I'm wrong, but money talks....anyway, I'm a holder and going to continue to hold ..gla

Each to their own view, your take on things is negative, fair enough, so if your a holder atm, you will be selling at first chance and if your not a holder, you won't be buying.
I, on the other hand am optimistic, I am a holder and out of pocket atm, how could I not be with the sp at .16 pre shut down.
For me, I could see a little volatility on open, but that could be either way and I think it may be upward, but this all depends on what more information we receive prior to re-listing.
As I've said earlier, each to their own....gla with your investments.
