Hi Pianista - the AGM Statetement says an "update in February for the half year to March" but I do agree that I think the year end is June. It is my thoughts on the sp being nearer 50p than 30p as I feel the growth in parcel delivery and the opening of further depots will only add to our profitability. The increase in on line shopping will also play its part. The February update will be a good indicator for Christmas trading and any ongoing contracts from the newer depts. Could be a good year for DX which is highly operationally geared. GL

The easing of Lockdownrestrictions should up the demand for engaging part time workers so should benefit STAFF up to Christmas.

AGM tomorrow I think so we could get some news on any plans for progress by Christmas. We we see.

So according to Shares Magazine we are looking forward to a growing benefit from a growing parcel delivery market. Based on the AGM statement it looks as if we expect a npositive update in February in respect of the half year to March. So foreget 30p and look to see us at 50p or more.

Still think we are grossly undervalued as the part time market seems to be growing. A trading update if we get one should be positive. Next week perhaps we can move into a 50p arena.

That of course is the problem, the BOD do not have a focus or direction. We should clean up the BS buy selling all related properties and then have no debt. Have a clean shell and bring in some talent that has a focus to progress a new business. Perhaps the major shareholder CJ should step in for his own credibility.

We raised money inMarch to diversify - how are we doing? Is the new appointee the start? Is there an RTO involving the new Directors business interest? Let's hope we can have some positive news soon rather than playing at armchair building where we have little practical knowledge and rely on others.

I think we should look to see a post Christmas update especially as we are in recovery mode.

Some large selling but also some buying. They raised £750k recently and have appointed a new Director who I suspect would not have joined if that bad. Probably known by CJ who I like so there could be a future. Perhaps out the building side and a complete diversification.

I'm not even sure they have a sleeve.

Spent time last night looking again at the recent interviews with the CEO. Malcy, LSE, Proactive etc and again was very impressed and could understand the potential here.

I think that why we have a sp drop is negative comments by many who do not realise that this is not ROSE, but a new business with new and committed investors including a well known investor on board. It is of course possible that some Financial Advisers do not follow the market with knowledge and dish out dated information. Please forget ROSE she does not exist any more.

Good and we can anticipate 30p plus before the end of the year. Operational gearing will click in and push the value even higher.

Tremendous potential as we move into the coming year notwithstanding the recent history. Large data base of both clients and candidates and probably the largest in the country. A mc of £30m in no way reflects the potential and why we have HRNet sitting on our shoulders.

Given a further 5 years, possibly less you could see that level again as MCLS continues to recover, but I suspect an offer well below that will be made and accepted. Timing is the trick but any bidder will not want to see too much recovery otherwise they will have to pay up a bit more. Cash or Morrison paper?

RC is no fool and if he needs more money it will be for the right reason. If there is a raise I will simply top up plus, to save any dilution.
