Good evening C1 and I trust you are well. I have followed FIPP and your thoughts and feel like you that there is value to be added here over the coming months. I have therefore made an initial investment as I feel their suite of investments on balance will provide a substantial appreciation in the sp over a 12 month period. The share is likely to have a considerable rerate in the coming year and I am happy to be on board - hopefully before the market wakes up.

Our problem is that we will have about £200k left at the end of the day but this could be further impacted by the claims from Australia. There will also be on going running costs so I suspect we could have zero in the bank and need to raise further funds. Not too sure if better to sell out or waite to see how things go. 0.60p is better than 0.00p and that is the gamble.

And just to think there were posters here who thought ZPHR was still Rose notwithstanding the amount of times they were told they were now quite different. Let us hope they know the difference between night and day. The journey for us has only just started and the BOD has a tremendous determination to make ZPHR a major player in the local market. I would not wish to put a potential value on the sp but I suspect it will not be below the 1.5p mentioned for long.

Yep - positive as you would not need to do such a thing unless there was good reason.

First Point having sold out could NAK now acquire FP. That's the RTO and FP have their quote rather than the potential TO of NAK. Crazy thought.

Not a lot of cash left c£200k, but importantly we will be clean and have a couple of large holders who will no doubt want some of their money back. We have one with about 29pc who may wish for a quote or we could find ourselves looking for another recruiter wanting a quote. A very interesting prospect.

Gearing is what its all about here - once all the fixed costs are paid any new income will go to the bottom line. Good growth internationally will help.

Hello Mojo. Yes I was and made a good turn but regret got out much too early. When I sell having made what I feel is a good result I generally keep some for the journey. Alas with UFO I did not. Selling can be the more difficult part I think. And it will probably happen with ZPHR - it will go to a 1p plus and out I will go and regret it. They say it's never wrong to take a profit but holding out for more can be unnerving at times.

Let's forget about what has gone before. The current BOD have skin in the game and will want to deliver. This is a good prospect IMO with a determination by the current management to deliver.

Don't post here often but having a look am somewhat surprised to see the SP as low as it is and giving a MC of about £30m.
I guess it could be a lack of interest in progress and perhaps the last RNS but in a way nothing has really changed. We have a company maker at WN and our stake in it should be worth at least £80m or about £130m for the existing prospect, notwithstanding there are other possibilities within the same area. We must not forget our other interests which add further value.

Taking on board the LSE interview with the CEO and comments recently and earlier by Malcy I can see Zephyr being one of the better performers over the coming months. The BOD have a fair amount of skin in the game and I cannot see the sp remaining at below 1p for long. Yes there will be raises but these will be for growth and not to prop the company up. What we need is a major to step in and pay fair value for the asset and be able to hold and develop when it feels ready. Were we to collapse then I do not know what would happen to the licences.

Perhaps December will see a new beginnings for TRAF following the recent raise and new Director appointment. With CA gone we may well settle down and see positive corporate progress. Selling all the property stock will be the first thing to do - gather in some cash, pay down debt and move on. We could see some positive moves during December.

Watching this weeks interview with MB I must confess to be very encouraged by his upbeat view of the coming year at NBB. A further office to open in Leeds and Manchester doing well so with AH in the MD role it looks as if the coming year will see the real start of an uptrend in the company.

We must remember that Patterson is the very recent acquisition and the funding of a few months ago was for the work on existing licenses in Australia. So all told there is a number of prospects with potential.
