More changes to the already "set in stone" changes. I see that the forecast traffic from next week is down, according to that agreement. This has been the busiest January, packet wise, that i have ever known. That includes today. Yes there has been bulk, but volumes exceed the norm.

So what do RM do? Reduce the hours from next week.

5 weeks of crimbo pressure this year. That would be mid November up to crimbo week. Hmmm? Do RM forecast that volumes wil be lower than this year? It would seem so. Or have they looked at the excess overtime and PDA actuals and thought, maybe this is achievable?

A nice little write up about SPR. And with the funds mentioned, clearly not a mickey mouse outfit that some would have us believe.

Whilst i'm a tad concerned about the 12.5M not being received, i see no reason why SPR would advance millions and then default here. The price drop is probably in line with associated fears. Another small top up on Monday for me.

About 10-15 years ago the annual leave ceiling was reduced from 8 to 4-6 staff in November. The last week in November was also removed as an A/L pick.

So the "post early for crimbo" has been covered. The peak has been spread out, but the crimbo letter and packet volumes aren't great. IMO. Having said that, January has been heavier than normal.

See the overtime bit? Why would i want to do overtime when i don't need the money. I accept that i will clear everything i take out, and if this takes me over, then so be it. It's called commit to deliver. Today i booked 11 minutes overtime.

In my opinion, crimbo wasn't all that. In the past week it would appear volmes are up. I doubt very much that this will negate the drop in letters and parcels in the busiest time of the year though.

My price target is 120p, unless there is reform to the USO. And i haven't heard any new news on that front. I can see a steady decimation of the share price, at least until the crimbo figures come out in about 3 weeks.

15 minutes? Nice one. My manager hasn't shared the good news with us yet. I have read on FB, that some offices receive their last run 1hr 30 minutes later. I'm still not sure how this is meant to be productive. I cannot wait for my new start times. I will share for here, for anyone that's interested.

The two year rule is still in force. But as you know, many managers were paid for VR, some up to 100K, and then re-employed under a different title. They are still useless, but back under the RM banner.

All i know is that new starters are Wednesday - Sunday, 30 hours per week. RM are also employing Sunday only staff. But, the amount of Ryde agency staff has gone up significantly.

If RM want to throw money at posties as well as mangers, why shouldn't we take it. Managers have been taking plenty ever since i've been employed. Now, if i was allowed to leave 2 hours early every day, and get a 60% payrise over two years, then i'd know what it's like to be a manager. FWIW, nobody in my office will get either payment. The "happy days" comment was very tongue in cheek. You just cannot help yourself.

@ Oli G. 2 x 250 quid clearance bonus. 2 x 100 quid crimbo bonus. I'm not sure what the second 100 is for. Hundreds of extra staff including "Ryde" agency staff. 1 day Sunday recruitment is in full swing. I can't wait for the figures in a few weeks time.

Totally agree. They'll get their certificate as and when funds have been paid. Shares have been forward sold and will fund BMN in the near future. Not a bad result, if this is the case.

This would not be the first time any stock has been forward sold, in lieu of an equity raise. I don't really think this is the problem. More concerning for me is that SPR haven't paid for their stock. Even though the RNS says BMN will receive funds this week. Until they do, it's still a bit in limbo.

I'm actually pleased that the RNS was released, and the subsequent buying at lower levels.

When were BMN meant to receive the $12.5M from the equity raise? I cannot find a definitive date.

Well done for getting your bonus. I'm not sure how it's 500 quid though, as i believe 250 quid was a clear unit, and the other 250 quid was for national clearance. Which clearly didn't happen. If you do get the extra 250 quid for national clearance, that would mean that i get it too. Happy days.

I hope that you and your workmates booked plenty of excess overtime to achieve clear office policy.

Not in my experience. Managers "should" manage any possible delays. Whether or not they do, is a different story. Probably 5 days, in my office, is the maximum i've seen. This is why these huge frames are being trialled. The idea is that each person moves along to another part of the frame on a day to day basis. Thereby mitigating failures to one day, in theory.

I prepared myself for IA. I never said any different. And if you read my previous posts, i have done since. Not recently, but i still have my IA fund, in preparation for next year. Earning 5% with easy access, at the moment.

You first bought shares in RM in in November 2021 at about 450p+. What did you do to mitigate the negative sentiment surrounding RM? NOTHING!!!!!! You didn't even average down in a company that you actually believe in. How thick are you? Apart from talking up Daniel K, you find yourself in an ever increasing, loss making company. And you'll find out the true extent Jan - Feb. Take it from someone on "the inside".
