I'm still here. I see a future for the company, even though it may look a little dubious at the moment. There were people doubting my investment in 2016, when i was buying at 1.39p. The following 2 years are now history.

Oddly enough, my lowest recent buy in point is 1.4p. Let's see what the next 2 years brings. Or maybe the next 2 months. Either way, i'm still confident.

You may well be right. But SPR have dropped 2 million into BMN's bank account. Make of that what you will.

And my reading of the RNS is that these funds were received from another party, NOT the ii that defaulted. I stand to be corrected of course.

And i'm liking these decent sized buys in the past 2 days. 3 x 1M and 1 x 1.45M. Not mega money, but maybe that's all the buyer could get at the time.

I'm in agreement with you. All things point to the end of Feb.

Why didn't SPR and BMN, say that an II had defaulted? They must have known. Would this have trashed the price further?

What's going to happen to the price on Monday?

Interestingly though, is that the price has slowly been creeping up this week after Monday. This kind of news is never a closed shop. So, is this RNS a positive? At least we know where we are. SPR have forwarded another 2 million, which is a good sign. Why have they sourced this money, if the deal was not going to happen? And, they are saying all the right things.

I think i might have another small top up on Monday.

You're missing the obvious. TheMoneyShark and Maximas1 have sold down their entire holdings. Obiously that weight of selling impacts the price. They clearly didn't want to, or couldn't, make a profit out of RM. Unlike quite a few posters. LOL.

The silly thing about that post is that RM "ARE" a packet delivery company. But they cannot get rid of the letters. Despite constant failures of the USO, they still cannot get it right. Poor management or poor staff? Or is the incentive slowly being stripped away, thereby leading posties to do the job, as they should always should have been doing. I'm glad i'm not a holder at these prices.

I have over 12 grand to invest at a quid 20p. Money made through RM. I stand by what i say, right or wrong. You keep telling everyone here about how fantastic you are. Nobody believes you. Not even TheMoneyShark. I'm not sure what the capital bit in your post is about, please elaborate, but the market do not see this as spectacular.

@ TheMoneyShark. Parcel volumes were down in my office. What do you want me to say? Clearly not indicative nationally, but i post as i see and hear. If i remember correctly, you actually agreed with me on the basis that IDS put out a forward looking statement. So you, and IDS, as well as me, were wrong. That makes you as dim as me! But i've made thousands out of RM shares and you are nurturing a very big PAPER loss. I love it. Just in your case, and Maximas1. I really do love it!

An interesting view. But why would KS sell 20M at 1.6p when he would be looking at buying through Portillion @ 3p? I don't buy into the stop loss theory either. And post shares in issue increase, KS and Portillion (after the potential 45M buy) would have a 4% holding.

I'm not sure what is happening with SPR either, but i'm getting ready for some very bad news. All resolutions were agreed and the enlarged shares in issue, available for trading on 28/12.2023.Let's assume that SPR returned to work on 02/01/24. That is now 2 calendar weeks to read that this agreement has been ratified by shareholders, and monies transferred to BMN. How long should this take? Shouldn't SPR have been prepared on either a positive or negative response?

Flexibility is a two way street, and should apply to all. But it doesn't.

There is an easy solution to the USO and QoS problem, but RM do not want to back track on any of their ideas.

Whilst this solution may not solve all of the issues, many problems would be resolved. The USO would be achieved in most areas, and QoS would definitely improve. You could probably factor in savings on a year by year basis, too.

I imagine that will suit you then, and all of your colleagues. I understand that some offices in my area, will be starting up to 90 minutes later. And that is from the conference call today. I'm yet to speak to some MC friends, to find out whether or not the mail will be arriving later.

I've just heard that "in my office" we will be starting 24 minutes later from June. Letters will be going out to everyone in February.

In line with local agreements, i can take a 20 minute break in the middle of my day, and 20 minutes at the end. Which means that i will finish 4 minutes later. I currently take 40 minutes in the middle.

This could have been so much worse for me. If RM had implemented 1 hour later start times, then i may have had to leave. Definitely, if it was 1hr 30 minutes.

Sattar's holding has dropped by approximately 30 million shares today. 77 milion shares first RNS, 47 million shares second RNS. So, unless there is another disposal notification tomorrow, and there won't be as the threshold has been crossed and notified, what has happened to the other 10 million shares? The time of trade of the 20,500,000 disposal is 11.22. He knew before as the RNS was issued at 11.11. The best price he could get was 1.6p. It would not surprise me if he sold 30 million @ 1.6p, and then put in a buy order for 10 million at a lower price, thereby mitigating his trade to 20.5 million. I'm really not sure if this is how it works, but i'm trying to put 2 and 2 together, and probably coming up with 5.

Anyway, i bought another 115,000+ today. I still cannot see SPR not delivering.
