We don't need a bid. Remember back in Feb time I think PM stated the market cap would have a zero at the end of it by Dec2024

At the beginning of Feb the market cap was 332m so I assume PM wasn't meaning it would be 340m by Dec2024 or even 440m

I assume he meant 3.32bn which means the share price should be well on the way to Seeing2020 £1 prediction and most of us will have sold out.

And remember everything PM says is true and everything Martin at SEYE says are lies!

Roll on Dec2024 I say! of course by then we should have 4-5 mirror contracts at least, massive 6 figure volume fleet orders for Gen3 and a massive contract for 330 planes

What could go wrong, I might actually sell my house and buy as many shares as our CFO with the money, live in a tent for a while, if Braverman will let me (although that technically would be a lifestyle choice), and then by a yacht with my winnings and have the life of riley like Michelle Mone (of course I would be legit though rather than a corrupt fraud)

So where are these 4-5 mirror RFQ's then? - I think that statement from Paul was nearly 12 months ago - as far as I am aware Gentex aren't there yet so why haven't they been won and announced by Magna? Surely Magna isn't going to be another damp squib like Qualcomm.

We were also told 12 months ago that OEM's were running out of time for 2024 and new models - I guess they have run out of time now so what does that mean - the legislation is not worth the paper it is written on or it's going to get delayed?

I just can't get my head around why Ive has bought so many shares now if we are just going to announce 15m contracts, if it's still 3-4 years away why buy now. That is the only thing I am clinging onto now because who knows when things will actually happen, you can't believe anything they say. Even Guardian was originally supposed to be launched by the end of FY 2023 and low and behold they won't be shifting stock until nearly the end of FY 2024!

And as the imminent aviation contract took years we won't see anything else for at least another year on that front.

They are the equivalent to the Boris Johnson fan club, completely deluded and blinkered. Paul can’t do anything wrong in their eyes.

Let me guess they are saying how wonderful this 15m contract is, but I bet when SEYE announced their smaller contract wins over the last 12 months they had a different opinion and brushed them off because of the size of them!

So Paul can claim he has announced a contract before Xmas as he said they would. Only problem is everyone thought he meant it would be one of those 4-5 contracts which are for the mirror. Unless of course there aren’t 4-5 contracts for the mirror and that is another exaggeration.

The wait goes on …. probably well into 2024

they have done it again! a few weeks ago i predicted if they did manage to announce a new contract before xmas it would probably be as low as £25m initial lifetime value.

once again they’ve managed to beat my pathetic prediction- £15m! wtf!

and only 5% growth on auto connections on last quarter - didn’t they predict something like an average of 23% growth over the next few quarters?

this just gets more painful and again nothing like the bull**** that comes out of their mouths.

What about that other joint venture. Can’t remember the name but think it began with Y. If I remember correctly they were planning to mine everything except the bit KDNC had a stake in which they pushed out by years. Have they pushed that back further yet?

For Ive doubling half a million within a 12 month window is a pretty damn good.

Well he has got 8 weeks. I doubt anything will materialise, but if it does it will probably be in the last week before xmas, by which time the SP will be below 4p and then just rise back to 5p. God I wish I had sold when it was in double digits and accepted a 100% return instead of believing all the hype and bull about 1bn RFQ's due in the next 3 quarters, blah, blah, blah I won't make that mistake again if it ever gets there. Can't sell now before anyone says to because it will mean a loss and I'm not prepared to take a loss after 10 years of a so called sure thing.

I think that about sums it up Baxter except you forgot "still loss making" - but hey PM and now Martin Ive are the dogs b***cks and they are buying loads of shares and what they say is definitely going to happen because they don't lie like that other chap from SEYE who no doubt will announce yet another auto contract before we do.

It's about time SEE shareholders start to see some of the evidence of this trend i.e. more contract announcements with Magna because with only one announced nearly 2 years ago, I wouldn't say that is much of a trend. At the moment it's still all talk whether it's from Paul or Colin.

Also, if we are due to get these contract announcements within the next 2 months (I'm expecting 4 as about a year ago PM stated there were 4 RFQ's for the mirror location) why is it going to take until 2030 for it to become 50%? - that's 6 years away!

It's also 4 years after the legislation comes into affect so surely if every car needs camera based DMS off the production line in 2026 and the majority are already looking at DMS/OMS via the mirror surely it will be nearly 50% in 2026 when they start rolling off the production lines, given we keep getting told they are running out of time for any other solution other than the mirror?

2030 doesn't make sense to me, unless what PM is telling us about RFQ's and timelines is complete bull and OEM's don't care about the legislation. I guess we will find out in the next two months, unless of course his latest prediction is wrong.

Perhaps it also won't be 50% until 2030 as SEYE are winning more contracts than they are losing currently.

If that happens they had better take debt rather than shaft the SP again by letting some II get in at stupid prices.

What is there to go wild about?

Loss only slightly narrowed with break even now gone back to FY 2025 and I’m sure that will move again.

Fleet units only predicted to be 120000 units by 2026. I thought we were the only ones on a RFQ a year ago for 100000, I assume that was another imminent moment because clearly it doesn’t exist if we are only going to add 70000 units over the next 2-3 years.

Gen3 moved back to 2024 so that’s late again - I wouldn’t be surprised if that moves again in January back to the end of the FY as per Stifel.

Aviation is only going to be 5%-10% of turnover by 2026 - what’s that a max of 12.5m if revenue is going to be 125m in 2026?

So much for adding a zero onto the end of the market cap by Dec next year - we have at least 3 more years before this SP even reaches 15p

Auto contracts aren’t even going to move the SP as they won’t start for 2-3 years at best.

I personally wouldn’t mind any of this if PM hadn’t exaggerated so much over the last 3 years starting with his imminent comment - 6 years to go from imminent to £12.5m is not what I call a great result.

Looks like the market aren’t fools and have realised the reality all along hence why the SP is still at 5p -they have got another 2 years at least to play around with this.

Really needs to get back up to 5.8 - 6p today and tomorrow ready so that it can drop back down to 5.3/5.4 after they release the results. If it doesn't I fear 4.9-5.0 after results given how the market usually reacts to SEE results.

As for next week what do you think we will get, obviously the figures are already known, but I'm not expecting a lot. Probably;

i) no real improvement in loss and therefore break even will be pushed out

ii) new forecasted date for Gen3 launch of late FY 2024 to fall in line with Stifel prediction, but now several 6 figure vol RFQ's where we are the only one on the RFQ (keep dangling those carrots to deluded shareholders)

iii) more waffle about inflection point, RFQ's, OEM's running out of time, probably now 12 out of 12 RFQ's for mirror location

iv) no news on Aviation

All leading to an Ordinary October to be followed by a Nothing November and Dull December

So Spectacular September was actually Slow September as I predicted so I may as well go for Ordinary October instead of Outstanding October

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he fails on his latest prediction for auto wins (is that his 4th or 5th attempt - I've actually lost count), if Gen3 is late again (their first predictions were by the end of FY 2023, then early FY 2024, before it moved to H1 FY 2024 and now Stifel say end of FY 2024) and lets be honest we have months of aviation silence ahead. So doubt we will get anything news worthy for the rest of the calendar year.

I'm sure most will lead to nothing.

However, we know we have definitely won 4-5 through Magna because according to Paul those RFQ's are for the mirror location only and when he said that I don't believe Gentex had their option available.

Perhaps the launch of the Gentex option is why they haven't been awarded and announced because the OEM's are now thinking of using Gentex instead, perhaps we won't win any of the mirror location RFQ's now.

Qualcomm 18 months ago - what is that referring to? we first announced our collaboration with them in Jan2020 - nearly 4 years ago - what have we got to show for that! As we have only just announced our collaboration with Collins I guess we can forget about aviation for another 4-5 years!

I can definitely remember them saying before the end of last financial year before that was moved to early FY 2024 and then first half FY2024’- obviously stifel are now suggesting by end of FY 2024

But I also have a vague memory of a before Xmas 2023 date given at some point in the past as well. Can anyone else remember the very first prediction on gen3?

I have a funny feeling this is turning into another imminent aviation deal which only took 3 years in the end.

To be fair the Auto RFQs are now nearly 3 years on so he may as well make it a hat-trick with gen3 as well!

I think if you go back about 5 years one of the rampy statements from SEE was that all Japanese OEMs were testing the SEE tech or something along those lines - clearly one of them thinks SEYE is the better option.

So out of the last 5 contract announcements is that 4-1 to SEYE?

Lostinfrance - I didn't have any timescales so I decided to take PM's - you are right he isn't in control of them, so therefore why state timescales time and time again, you would have thought after the first time he would have learnt. However, to be 3 years out on some of them just makes me think he didn't have a clue the first time.

As for long term investment does 10 years in December count as long term? My first purchase was at 9p when Aviation and Auto weren't even on the radar - they only had Caterpillar and rail (what the f*** has happened to rail!) - I invested because I thought Auto would happen. However, when you look at the cold hard facts the SP is 33% lower than my first purchase even though apparently we are past inflection point 1 and on the cusp of world domination in 3 markets, not just mining. Yes I should have sold at 12/13p and made a profit but why would I when PM was implying contracts left right and centre in a matter of months?
