Still cant buy, even though price now 44p hmmmmm
They are happy to take my shares in volume at 42.66p now, think we are going to get a major bounce here as when the floodgates open it will be boom!!

Cant understand why the price isn't rising????
I agree there must be a buy order in place but the shares aren't available at this price!!
Why don't the MM's just let the price increase as no one is prepared to sell at 41.62p and there are no shares to buy at 43p

As the price has gone up I cant buy and can sell up to 75k at 41.6p

On the move!!..................and so it should be!!

Waited and waited all morning sitting on my hands!!
Couldn't understand why volume buys going but sell price had gone down to 39.30!!
Now at 40.2p for 50k sell so its time to buy!
Another cheeky buy of 11k at 40.95p
MB hopefully double deal and the £1 SP please!!

And if that’s the case T123 it can only be seen as a show of confidence ??

If there isn’t significant news we may as well give up now!
We are undervalued whether you take into account options/warrants or not!
If there is the news we believe those warrants will be mopped up and not even noticed!
As mentioned by various posters the professional investors are waiting for total derisk and then as history proves, major profits will pass from private investors who have funded the project to the professional investors who make the money!

Ps Tester I hope Mark learns from this with future fundraising. He cannot reward those that have contributed to keeping the share price down

Surely these sells have been soaked up by someone already or the price would have dropped!
We couldn’t buy below 40p today and the gap between bid and offer closed to under 1p as the day went by!
Let’s see what happens tomorrow however yesterday’s sells helped the price recover today!
Keep the faith, and if I can buy at 37p tomorrow I will .... however very much doubt it ??

Wasn't expecting to buy under 40p again, just bought another 11k at 39.7p on closing bell

If we do I will definitely buy more this time................

I also think traders are working the trading zone of buy late 30's and sell mid 40's without news..............irrespective of Books comments
In hindsight whilst I welcomed Books feedback on ADVFN I am now concerned it does make us look like a pump and dump share (which we are certainly not)!!
As someone mentioned Book did appear to have certain local knowledge!!

No deadlines not met
Everything seems to be going to plan

The SP is being played back and forwards until meaningful news in a trading zone.

An easy 10/15% has been made over the last few weeks selling low/mid 40's then buying at the resistance levels high 30's. The only danger for any long term holders trading is that they could miss any huge rise on news! Also no huge volumes are being traded at the moment. (and they will on news!!)

Keep the faith slim, that is unless you have no shares, but enjoy throwing grenades!!

The volume sells haven't been huge, personally think it's more to do with POG dropping. If you look at CEY it's down nearly 5%
Like you I have been watching ADVFN and intrigued by Book5 'so called' knowledge.
Ultimately though we are still undervalued whether news this week, next week or end December. Unfortunately the pattern of up 7p down 7p over a few days will be a traders dream until substantial news!
Still hoping it's this week, keep the faith!!

Enjoying the healthy debate!
Whilst I acknowledge all the work Mark has tirelessly put in, equally he has been rewarded yearly and has taken advantage of share options and warrants at every opportunity! He also has a great opportunity to make serious money!!!
I should also acknowledge he has invested money along the way!!
His progress has been impressive operationally however if you value his performance on SP alone he has failed drastically compared to our peers!
Now is the time to prove his worth and in my opinion he will be evaluated more than ever in next 3 months!!

Hi All
Looking at MB's and EL's post's today I can see it from both sides....................and come what may the current price of 45p is a steal and will increase!!
However selfishly as a long term investor all I care about is shareholder value (and most of all my shareholder value)
Like MB if a farm out agreement means my current shareholding will be worth £2 in a year then great, as no point in Mark increasing the market cap hugely if the shares are diluted and the only beneficiaries are Jim, Mark and all via placing's and warrants.
Mark's biggest challenge will be demonstrate to the shareholders that he is aligned to all shareholders including himself!!
Personally if he doesn't I hope we do get an offer from a bigger company at a reduced price that the smaller shareholders will accept!.........Greed isn't good and us long term shareholders should benefit!!!!

I think you have summarised my thoughts perfectly Andrew, there is no way Mark or Jim will be disadvantaged by any fundraising deal.
I just cant understand why ALL shareholders haven't been given the opportunity to date???? Maybe this time or will we offer equity to a potential suitor as part of their investment???
It would be nice to think if Mark did present a financing deal to the detriment of current shareholders another potential suitor could take that opportunity to come in with an offer that made us think why not!!
Equally I have a fund available, as normally we will get an opportunity to buy at the placing price (and if not it will mean the deal is a good deal for us)...................albeit I never get the cheap warrants!
I can live in hope, its just a waiting game now!
