Question for all those long term holders who have seen Mark year after year doing these presentations! Is that the most relaxed, confident and happy you have seen Mark?? For me the presentation was same old....the Q&A’s were dynamite ??

I think finance will be the least if our worries with a billionaire investor and the main players having a huge stake in the game!!
If there was concern why invest in such comprehensive drilling and push things through as hard as they!

If it helps Sein, I can only buy 10k now at 53.99 and if I wanted to sell (which I wont) I can sell 50k at 51.85.............discreetly this is going up!
Wont be long till the official spread is 52p to sell and 55p to buy surely (although knowing the MM's they will just raise buy and keep sell at 50p)
Wonder where we will end the day, keep the faith!!

As a result just bought my lucky number of shares at 53p, yes 11k

I cant buy anymore under 54p on EQI so surely they will be putting up again!! All the sales under 51.75p have been soaked up (think those sellers may regret their actions)
Currently offering 51.75p so mid price of 52p is totally distorted as they still desperately want our shares!!

Can buy 5k at 53.65 and more at 53.84

Should stress I am not knocking GGP as many have done extremely well from that share, it’s more that it shows how undervalued we are!
The only way is up!!

Update, they will now take at 51.1p... but surprisingly still can’t buy!

We know the value of what we have, it now looks like the market is realising too!!
I cannot buy any shares at 53p yet can now sell 100k at over 50p
We haven’t had volume as no shares available however what happens when GGP shareholders are looking for the next GGP or institutional investors want a slice! It’s going up!!!
You just never know, as the price rises it makes it more likely Mark may get an offer to sell out!

Ps why would anyone sell if they knew shares are at a premium as no one else wants to sell? Are the market makers hoping frustration will lead people to sell??

Surely the best thing to do is raise the price creating a market for shares!

Something is wrong here, they are trying to get shares on cheap or at least trying to acquire them!
I still cant buy a share on EQI yet they have lowered the official bid to 48p, although will actually let me sell at 49.15
Can anyone give me a clue why we haven't been able to buy for 3 hours now??

Re raising the bid to find sellers the current pricing doesnt make sense!
I have been able to sell 100k for 2 hours (currently at 49.40p) however cannot buy anything.
Either they have a buy order in place soaking up the sellers shares or we are due a re-rate!!
Be interesting to see the action pre-close however the MM's need to have shares to trade (which they doent seem to have)
