Hope you have all enjoyed the last 2 days, hopefully its just the start of the re-rate.
Looking at the economics surely we must be highly exposed to an offer from Calibre. If Toll mining is so beneficial to both parties why don't Calibre just buy us out for 'relative' peanuts and then make profits on both sides with any initial outlay for CNR paying for itself very quickly???
Their B2Gold deal certainly looks good and with Rio backing hmmmmm

I may not have agreed with everyone's views and we may all be wrong, however lots of rational comments (both positive and negative)

Looking at the posts on here and ADVFN its clear we are all getting frustrated with the two steps forward and two steps back movements in the share price.
I know I have been positive towards Mark and his integrity, however after yesterdays RNS and the twitter interview I believe he feels under pressure to deliver (and quickly) hence the Fast track message.
I can't disagree with various posters that a £1 offer would be extremely tempting as of today and I believe Mark knows this. Yes he will get rewarded on any sale above £1 however I am sure after his time and effort (as well as personal risk and investment) he truly believes we are worth much more than £1 a share particularly as we experiencing the early stages of a gold bull market.
I agree there is uncertainty and there is pressure on Mark to deliver on funding, however he has every incentive to deliver!!
TBH If he doesn't I anticipate shareholder uproar as there is no way we would accept him getting various warrants and share options to maintain his % shareholding whilst diluting to the detriment of long term shareholders.
Keep the faith, 39p must be a bargain as long as we are not diluted at this price!!

If I was cynical I would say you been burned badly or maybe just enjoy being a Troll!

Afternoon All
After seeing this morning's RNS this has been my first opportunity to comment due to meetings, however I must admit I am slightly bemused by the share price, that being said to be honest I am not bothered in the slightest as I have no intention of selling or trading and feel todays release is a huge step forward!!
IN FACT A MASSIVE HINT AT WHAT IS TO COME!!!
I believe it should give all shareholders huge confidence and due to Marks naturally cautious/conservative nature it paints a very positive future.
I equally cannot believe Mark would approve any finance deal that diluted his share holding below £1, as he would be better off selling the company above £1 and gaining the executive incentives available. We know he will be richly rewarded for a sale at £1 per share and thereafter £1.50.
Equally his billionaire partners will not only want production ASAP, but will also protect his interests to the benefit of all of us!!
We truly are at the final stages of our road to gold!!

Everyone, we are making huge strides and I truly believe by Xmas MB's £1 forecast will not only be reality however equally we will have everything set up for an amazing future.

Andrew I don't doubt you (apart from me copywriting Keep the faith lol)......maybe it was me reading last night (a bottle of wine later) but I felt a lot of negativity (advfn) when as you say we have it all to play for!
As we found on Friday, as soon as the price is dropped, it is almost impossible to buy and the price quickly bounces back!
Someone knows, and this time reminds me of pre permits when everyone knew they were coming and the price would rise but we waited and waited and waited...................this time I have bought up to 100k in advance so bring it on!!

Reading some of the messages across LSE and Advfn yesterday you would think we were about to crash with the world falling apart around MarK Child and CNR.
A cynical person may have thought individuals were trying to scare smaller shareholders into selling, driving the price down on low volume...............God forbid!!
Nothing has changed in my opinion and we still require 7% or was it 8%, to 100% own the development. Mark's timescale was by Xmas and unless I am wrong we still have 2 months and counting!
We are so near I guess its natural for opportunistic traders and guess we are all here to make money!
How may RNS'S till we boom!

I know you are frustrated Tester but please continue to keep the faith and most importantly continue adding value to this LSE Condor page.
I still truly can't understand why the SP hasn't significantly moved with permits granted and continuous de-risk! At some stage we must get to tipping point (quite a topical phrase) at which stage it must boom!!

Great to see Gold bouncing back again, every time it dips under US$1900 it pops back up again!
Apologise if slightly out, however most of Marks feasibility studies were based on a gold price of Us$1250 aren't they! I think I have said before however with our low AIC anything over US1500 is a real positive for the project.
Anyone buying today at under 44p well done to you.

Interesting how the SP can go down on such very little volume, keep the faith everyone.

Something is happening as I can now sell up to 80k shares on EQI over 44p..............nice steady rise will do me!!

Copter think that may be why I have over invested in CNR.......it maybe sometimes boring and lifeless but I believe in Marks integrity and his will to make this happen without cutting corners............ and most importantly he has put his money where he mouth is alongside Jim Mellon!!

Apologies all, I promised myself I would never been one of those who said 'you wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend' or ' lets guess where the share price will be at Xmas!!'

Thankfully this CNR group are in the main knowledgeable and can hold friendly debate rather than hype with no substance!!

I guess my concern is that when this does fly we will have every ramper and de-ramper in the world join us!! (but then again maybe I should wish for it, as it will mean we have true value!!)

With Gold above US1900 and land purchasing progressing (based on below and Book on ADVFN) I couldn't resist and just bought another 12k at 44p taking me to THE MAGICAL 100k shares.
I appreciate small fry compared to some, however I feel really confident the upside gain is far greater than the downside risk!
Fingers crossed I don't have the lows that Patrick experienced and this share comes good for us all (you never know, Munchbox may buy back in scared he may lose out big time with no cheap shares available)
As I mentioned no worries if this share drops (although I don't think it will) the fundamentals are all in place, all we need now is sentiment (and that Golden RNS)

The objective was all land purchases by end of the year so sounds like we are working to schedule??????????
Personally I am more than happy with their progress and am happy to stay invested at 40p level (and below tbh) knowing when this bounces it will bounce big time...................and Mark will want all the long time holders to be rewarded by doing it when we least expect.
Can't see him wanting to reward to last minute opportunistic with a warning we are about to boom!!
