I have just bought another £1039.00 worth , keeping dry powder though as some funds will be needed soon . Where they will come from time will tell ? .

Personally I think more funding is needed as stated yeasterday . But the RNS today say you were 100% wrong yeasterday ! . That is a fact ! . Lol .

Any way ...if it takes 2 days for a Holdings RNS how can you say it looks like ....... you would not know that till tomorrow or the next day ! Would you ? .

Note my 13:41 post says who knows what Peel are up to now ? . The 30% for a compulsory buy out offer is not looking as strong now . Were they ever supporting the SP who knows just another theory in discussion like the buy out challenge . Another bout of funding is a very likely event . This is why I only put a grand in at what I see as a very very good SP today 0.028p . I will watch and wait a while .

Maybe you could enlighten us as how Peel have stopped supporting the Sp . The RNS shows Peel increasing their holding ( at the moment ) .

Working on your Barkley shares its 24.7 Billion with m Cap of £7.41 million but on the very possative side clear of every thing . As already debt free even White Angel . Yes Peels holding would be reduced . What would year high be would it stay at 1.2p or would it change with the dilution to 0.43p ? . I am Not sure as I can see arguments for each case ! . If it dose change then a buy out would be a more realistic option ... good return for investors but also a great price for the company ! . John which year high price are you working to 1.2p with 13.7 Billion shares or 1.2p with 24.7 Billion shares or 0.43p with 24.7 Billion shares ? . Thanks .

I am invested but Ironicaly I am needing it to stay low for 5 weeks . Even if it bounces back giving great rewards , as I believe it will I am in agreement with others that the BOD need to go ! . Even if we see a 1000% rise the BOD still need to go .

AIM is more a gamble than a investment . If people want to invest the big Billion pound company's are the place to be but if people want to try and find that quick ten bagger then AIM is the gamble . PROX looks set to come good now but it is still a AIM gamble . I have lost money on AIM over the last ten years plus usually wrong time wrong place e.g. Leeds united ( was just ahead of its time ) . This looks like all the pieces are now in place . GLA .

I have been in and out of Prox for about three years . I do not hold a share indefenately I only hold for a reason the last time was for the DPD sale this time I am in for possable PH buy out and because Prox is so under valued it is rediculous . ...so yes I am holding but my real big money is not available for 4 to 6 weeks . So I will half heartedly fight derampers who are annoyed at the BOD and greedy Shorters who think they can make a bit more . But don't want to be to possative yet , so am holding back .

Peel building to 29.5% and waiting is a good plan . But as the market catch on to it or as Prox news drops the SP would grow spoiling the plan . Remember Prox is very very cheap for all the built businesses it has and now debt free .

There are four others I watch every day . But yes at present PROX is the only share I hold . We shall revisit that comment before the end of the year .

So kind . Main difference is if I invest some where it is because I see it as the best share in the world at that time . That is why I am so keen . Why are the negative or not sure here ? I don't even hold if it falls into the not sure category !

No that starts in a month or 6 weeks when I put a 5 or 6 figure sum in . If it is still bargain basement of cause .

Most of it has been invested in expansion and development . That is partly why this is set to give a 1000% rise in my opinion .

It means they handle a quarter of all shares in the UK they are that big . Who people choose to buy and sell is up to them selves . Out of the quarter of all shares even the Billion pound company's PH have chose PROX to stock up on . Impressive . Maybe even buyout ?

They may be going for the 30% and the whole company . Peel hunt have many businesses , maybe they want another bargain . Only time will tell . The only facts are 1) they hold nearly 25% 2) they don't make a habit of holding significant amounts 3) they are the most knowledgable and respected body in AIM . It's hard trying not to get drawn in I need the SP to stay low for another month .

Hush hush . All Peel hunts placings are on their web page . Guess what Prox 2016 is there but this one is missing they are not advertising it ! . Very good point Barclays helping us go debt free and holding ! . Of to work last month then free for ever .

Spent a hour looking through Peel hunt placings for company's then seeing if Peel hunt hold any shares ..... evident Peel hunt are the best of the best for the UK . I can't find them holding other stocks out of the recent placings . Will look again tonight . Conclusion the best of the best are impressed with PROX in its present position . Go on their web site and click on news then research holders in each company on their own sites ! .
