Bought £2K but would like it to stay down today and another red day tomorrow to top up . Placing for funds ?

Just thrown nearly £2K in on a gamble . Big placing /Bust or a big bounce ...which is anyone's guess .

Only got £2K worth at the moment , buying more tomorrow or Wednesday then will add my holding to the list .

Past history ... we do nothing they will just use this as a cash cow for wages . Start a campaign for vote of no confidence and members of the BOD in OUR company will need to act . I would be satisfied with them working for shares instead of wages , which would demonstrate their confidence and encourage them to achieve a profit instead of living of 70% discount placings every 12 months .

Solo all pledged to vote to stop a placing , the BOD put a RNS out withdrawing their plans . So the holders can have a say and it can work . I would be happy to see the BOD work for shares not money untill they achieve profit . But I would support any vote .

Agreed we are running at a loss every day ! . They have restructured with costs cut , removed the debt now they need to take the final step remove the burden of their wage bill . Other wise the share holders need to take action and force a EGM for a vote of no confidence in the BOD . This final step would save PROXAMA from eventual administration . We won't get another 70% reduced placing through .

Debt free with assets including patents but being held back by dinosaurs . If they want to stop us calling a vote of no confidence they should all refuse wages and be paid in shares . That is the first professional step ! . Restoring confidence to share holders .

Yes the Nomad can give SOME protection . In Prox they marched it down similar to this for 3 months then there was a 70% discount for the placing . They did this twice ! . The Nomad was Peel the placing Broker was Peel and guess what Peel have just bought near 25% of the shares . So this is why I am asking ? Before I buy here .

If it is Peel ...they do a 3 month walk down like this then a 70% discounted placing on top . If it is not any one know who it is and how supportive they are ? . Working out when and if to buy . I like all the patents .

Is it simply a conspiracy.... California tried Hydrogen cars decades ago . Have the oil company's and governments receiving tax held it back ? . Who knows . I am gambling on this being a simple walk down to a placing price . I want in but at what price ? . I don't see IEH going bankrupt .

It only says for TESTING and EVALUATION . For all we know they may only test one or two units , what value is that ? . Could be more of a hinderance , costs involved . Who knows . Good gamble but when ?

If you bother to follow my posting times you will see I made a small profit . I am now reinvesting slowly and carefully based on possable buy out from Peel our Nomad , placing Broker and main holder ( not sure how that is legal or ethical ) . I have just retired so my six figure sum is sat in the bank plus I still have two part time jobs , so not skint yet . I am hopeing that Europe will implode so I am holding off with the perchase of a French farm till the Euro collapses in a huge way . ( could be a few years of yet , but I am only in my early 50s so I can wait ) .

If the Nomad will allow a placing to assist IEH to dig its way out of the impending debt what SP is exspected ?

Neptunes we have covered this many times . That was a sarcastic replie to your de ramping at the time . I suspect you work for LSE to ramp up the posts to incourage advertisers . Hence your usual irelavent posts looking for a reaction .

Morning Neptunes ... one of the clowns making a small profit here whilst looking for the bounce . Will Peel buy out ( 30% compulsory offer needed ) . Was the $10 to $12 million letter of intent real ? . We don't know but either would give great value if they were to happen , so I will hang around whilst they are possabilitys .

Looking at my purchase and previous ...if I had stayed just below £1K I would have paid lower . I will remember that for my next top up .
