Are they lining everything up 1) lower SP 2) Settle Debt 3) new managers 4) Take over . Time will tell .

Sold something else to buy more . Looks like every thing is starting to happen soon .

I intend investing a five figure sum in two months time . So it is not in my best interests to post tomuch at present . I am just letting people know this is the point I have chosen to return . The company's have a good gross value . The bad debt was crypling the balance sheets . The bad debt is now paid of along with this we have seen another cost cutting restructure so now we should see the gross turn to profit .

They have a gross monetary value ! . I do mention in my last post the Bod should take shares till profit is realised . So I disagree with your last post Neptunes .

Debt free at last . Now the BOD should work for shares instead of money , until profit is proven . That would bring back investor confidence and restore the M Cap .

Debt free at last ..... Nomad buying shares very fast ( nearly 25% of them so far ) ..... Lots of long contracts .....two businesses ( value at present approx £2 million each ) ......partners like google .......Google certified one of three in the world ! .

No wonder the placings are done at 60% discount and over 70% discount when the Broker and the Nomad are the same company ( On PROX web page ) Peel Hunt LLP are the placing provider and the Nomad ( Nominated advisor ) for PROX . They offer PROX the placing price then advise them as to whether it is a good deal !!!! . Let's hope the FCA have instructed them to buy any remaining shares to avoid a alagation of fraud .

Well at least the Broker and the Nomad "SHOULD" be totally different in the interest of fair play and protecting all share holders . If this is not the case maybe Peel Hunt are being instructed to buy the shares , which may lead to them eventually having to make a offer for PROX .

The Nomad and the Brokers are totally different . The Brokers make the placing money the Nomad give Proxama the permission to go ahead . Having a licence to be a Nomad is a licence to print money . The Nomad would not give their permission without a very good chance of things coming good . Especially as PROXAMA will be the collateral it's not like they were getting money to buy SOMTHING just money to pay of bad debt .

Another vote of confidence . The Nomad allowed a big placing for Millions of pounds to pay of the bad debt . AIMs Nomads have tightened up their game over the last two years , refusing placings resulting in lots of company's going bust . So to allow such a big placing is a huge vote of confidence . It was not for a new asset !!!!.

Let's hope SOMTHING good is happening for every one . This is third time lucky for PROX slate wiped clean ( at investors exspence ) NO DEBT now . Maybe they are ticking the boxes for a sale . Dead wood gone , debt removed . Good luck to all .

Only time will answer those questions . But as before I am buying into a possibility not the company . Last time I held it was for the promise of the sale of DPD side . This time I have bought and am holding for the possibility of a Take Over at year high price . Let's hope for a better result this time .

Yes 30% then AIM rules say you must make a offer ... Year high minimum . currently over a penny . Chris Oil did it by accident with NEW there wasplike sorts of trouble apparently his mum bought them unwittingly ...

PROX has plenty of proven contracts . Prox has a good revenue which I hope has now turned to profit now the interest payments are gone . But the BOD should work for shares not cash till this is proven .

Thank you for bringing me up to speed . I can't disagree with any of that ! . So fingers crossed for a buy out by a professional BOD . Based on two company's with no debt and a few penny's left in the bank ( for now ) . If they want to keep the company then they need to work free of charge till a turnaround is proved . ( other AIM company's have done that ) .
