15 fold improvement , SP has gone 0.8p now 1.2p so only a 50% improvement to reflect a 1,500% improvement ! . None of the BOD take wages . Any financing deals are offered to holders at the same rate as professionals . Looks like the BOD value their holders ! .

So if what you are saying is any where near true . The SP must have been too high for a full week before the spike ! . Because they had two contracts and the SP is now lower ! . So one has to be wrong . So generally the SP has not got everything factored in ! .

£2 mill M-Cap . I can't see this being fair value at present because it was 0.18p just before the Two contracts and FITB announcing where the extra real value is . So none of this is factored in at the moment infact it is actually lower than before the the news both lots ! . The dilution is not involved at present because every penny raised will still be in the bank . Nice and safe from placings now ! .

In my opinion the drop was the placing shares . Which I hope are clear after that mad day . So let's price in TWo new contracts and the company pointing out the real value . No placings needed here for a long time !!!

We gained a contract and announced a strategy change , the revenue from ON GOING SERVICES was better than the sales revenue . The people in the know sent this flying so fast it had to be suspended mid trading to slow it down . A placing announcement crashed the SP field by Shorters selling on the reopening from the rise and the placing selling 500,000,000 shares . The Shorters stampeded the hurd well with a rumour, the rise was because the PIs were to thick to understand a simple RNS . 400% to 500% in hours and on going out of control all on the private investors being thick ??????. No I think not ! . We are now valued at less than before the Two contracts ( the placing cancels out with the cash in Bank at the moment ) .

On the week 9th to the 12th Jan 2017 . The SP was 0.18p all week . Since then we got a contract for 14,000 Orb devices and found out the real business is the ON GOING SERVICE REVENUE. On top of selling the orbs . Then we get the £36,000 contract . Ok we dilute but we have the near £1 million from that and know we are safe from placings now . Yet the SP is below 12th Jan , pre .Two orders and real business plan and financial stability being restored ! .

Shorters manipulated the drop from people leaving for the financing . Scaremongering . The Orb sale was ok but it was the newly announced strategy going for the ONGOING SERVICE REVENUES that the real money had bought into in the background . Any finance kills a SP on AIM but the Shorters twisted the good news that came with it . The £60,0000 a year ( only a year contract but they may extend ) was a extra payment that the normal investor was un aware of ! . The professionals in the back ground know the new value of the company . The herd went on a stampede led by the Shorters . Lol 😆 . Good old AIM . Bounce to come but when ?

The first RNS was 14,000 Orb devices ordered . The second RNS showed we are now more interested in Ongoing Service Revenues and announced the Bonus £60,000 ...Bonus on top of previous RNS . The killer was the finance hint ...The Board remains mindful of the funding needs of the business moving forwards, particularly with the Company's corporate wellness growth strategy, and will continue to keep this position under review. then the Shorters who were Tipped of and had sold their lent shares into the rise started scare mungering to kill the SP ! . That is more like what happened here ! . Question is will I get board and sell before the value is realised again ?

Can you explain the misleading RNS and the clarification please . I will also look with a fresh view and open mind .

The SP is at a all time low , no one holds lower ! . yet ? . We are nearly half placing price , none of this helps the people who got spiked but surely all this adds up to a good buying opportunity for new people ? . If as lack of Holdings RNS surgests the 3% and above gang stayed put during the placing then all placing shares sold in a day and all below 3% were rinsed giving new holders on higher SP . Meaning no profit takers yet or untill a decent SP is achieved . I see a great up side but I may get board before it happens ! .
