If your concerned we are not going to get a proper say in the price Take Over or buy out . Add all our holdings up and call a EGM for a vote of no confidence in the BOD . We can get rid of them before the deal concludes . It is our company .

The buyer may offer year high and negotiate from there , so if we hit 3p tomorrow then 4p the next day the opening offer keeps increasing . So I think it will be swift to avoid to high a starting point for negotiating .

Because IEH is ment to be selling of some of its tech which is good in remote locations .
