It is just a waiting game now . Apart from the odd top up I would rather wait whils suspended so traders would de ramp looking for a lower entry . Catch you later .

It�s a top up oppertunity . I will keep a eye on it and probably top up later . As I say I bought early just in case they are asked to suspend trading to stop NWF holders selling to buy STEL and double their holding on completion .

AIM is the dodge city of trading very flexible rules . ASX on the other hand is very tightly run not allowing any fraud ! . So I envisage a suspension of trading forced from the Over side of the World . Many shares have suspended trading at this stage in the past . That is why I have bought early . If I get a few top ups then great . But that is how I see it ...suspension then opening up over 100% dual listed through the bonus AIM shell .

Agreed that is why I say next Friday in my earlier post . But I do exspect us to be suspended by close of play , because of pressure from NWF to stop every one swapping exchanges to potentially make over 100% .

I bet NMF are asking STEL to suspend trading to stop this happening ......Surprised NWF finished up 3.45% .if I was in NWF on ASX I would have sold and bought in STEL on AIM and doubled my shares in a week ! . They need to level them out before close tonight or suspend trading* to stop that happening . I bet some did change boats , so the rise could have been bigger ? . Thoughts ....

Obviously their is risk . You don�t make over a 100% in a week without risk .

Both parties have spent a lot of money on solicitors probably a million pounds between them including due diligence ! . We are in advanced negotiations now . So it is as safe as it gets .

Surprised NWF finished up if I was on there I would have sold and bought on AIM and doubled my shares in a week ! . They need to level them out before they all cotton on to that ! .

Newfield article 13/11/2017 . Says Debt free but considering the use of debt . Looks like they decided to stay Debt free ? .

They were the 2 concerns yeasterday ... Trading....it will go dual listed so no problems . Dilution....All 5h3 extra holders over night .

Newfield Resources will go dual listed as they are also buying the AIM shell ....ASX and AIM . As for the extra shares they are getting all us extra holders all at once ...WIN WIN . NWF up to 0.30 up 3.45% .

Yes I am looking to double my money In days . So I do realise the Ts need crossing and the Is need dotting . RNS are not free and NWF will not have suspended trading to announce based on nothing . I am sure we will take a unsecured loan to assist during negotiations . Very kind offer and a true show of confidence .

Just looked at the Share chart ...12.65p was highest paid March 2016 . Coincidence ! .

Sorry that might of been a bit harsh . But NWF will not have given such a huge unsecured loan based on nothing . Looks like a done deal just some haggling but which way ! . The UNSECURED loan surgest we are in a secure position ?

Muppet . So MWF suspended trading on AEX to announce it . MWF have given a unsecured loan as well ! . They mean business a unsecured loan for millions .

At the moment 0.76 is the ratio . Valuing at 12.7p . NWF suspended trading for the announcement so that is all we can go by . Unsecured loan so they mean business .
