Jim and Such are shorting this . Jim has posted negative after negative trying to crash the share price for way over 5 years . They are the reason we all need to request a suspension in trading whilst the TakeOver process is in progress . That might stop the Trolling . Any one listening to Jim�s Trolling would have sold on 29/1/2018 and missed 150% rise and the other couple of hundred to come . Just go on the web page and contact the company stating you are worried for the takeOver process due to the constant Trolling and attacking of the company�s reputation . I have and am e mailing NWF tonight .

I have emailed Stellar Diamonds with my concerns regarding the TakeOver process being damaged by the constant internet trolling from your account . Tonight if we are not suspended I will email Newfield Resources with my concerns and I will copy and paste some of your posts with reference where they can read them all .

Gazshot take the time to read all his Stella posts . As far back as they go every one is negative intended to do serious damage . Newfield Resources need to take legal action to avoid him damaging the takeOver process as Stella Diamonds are not defending the Take Over process or company's reputation .

AIM being AIM I can't see Stella taking you to court . But ASX being ASX I can see Newfield Resources taking you to court for being a internet Troll . If Newfield force us to suspend ( which I think they will ) the shorters get hit for the full 452% . So the shorters and spread betters really are gambling by holding of shutting their shorts . Which will it be take the 150% on the chin or gamble the 452% . Lots of shorts need to buy ....they shorted the �1.34 million loan notes ( from memory ) the Warrants and the options ...all are being settled in the take a Over . Ironic situation ...we would be averaging up at the holders only oppertunity to average down "non-renounceable rights issue" . Lol a true gift horse not once but twice ! .

We transfer over people last week 425% up . People from now about 150% up . Then the funding may give a reduction based on how it is received . ALL possable doubt will be removed by that point Newfield Resources will own the mine and all money needed will be in the bank following the funding . No uncertainty left . Into production in the hottest area of 2017 . The 2 worlds biggest finds of 2017 from that area each worth millions of pounds per single diamond . The funding could clear on the day . This is not a AIM funding designed to drive the SP down to reward the shorters who initially take the funding two weeks earlier . This is on a regulated honest market .

Point being $40c could come very fast on a market not working through shorting but by rewarding the investors .

The two tiers in the funding forward announced are so investors can buy the first dearer shares giving them first refusal on the second cheaper tier . This actually makes the funding desirable and made the SP climb on announcement . Why don't we do it ? Because the shorters can't make money from that system ..Jim and Source would not like funding that rewards investors in the short term .

Our mine is in the hottest area for diamonds in the World . The Worlds 2 biggest single finds for 2017 worth millions each were in the Eastern area . During testing we made ( from memory ) �1.2 million . That will have had strict timing and legislation . So fully funded in a very very exciting area ...this will probably be higher not lower . ASX went up not down on the funding to production news . All uncertainty will be removed by it ! .

Quick answer nearer to 10p to 13p .

At present the offer stands at approx 12.9p a share . But Newfield Resources have pointed out that they are raising $30 million to clear our debts and fund the mine in to production and Theoreticaly/probably this will lower the SP the lowest funding could take us down to just below 10p a share . But cash in bank debts sorted and producing mine . So might go the other way . That's why I keep saying minimum 100% rise . Would AIM explain the funding in advance and point out the possable lower SP . So as we stand 12.9p to 13p .

The take a Over is progressing . ASX Newfield Resources crossing the Ts and dotting the Is . Ironically the other side of the World is following AIMs rules to the letter whilst here as usual the AIM company sees AIMs rules as a guide if you want to use it . It will be a blessing to go dual listed or ASX . Will ASX Newfield start legal proceedings against our Troll or wait untill they own us . ASX protects investors and their business they don't allow internet Trolls or bullying liable.
