Jim is protecting his short as he has for years and people are buying into NEWFIELD RESOURSES at half price or even better knowing they will get 100% rise on day of deal if not even more because the 100% rise is including the dilution to take the mine to production . Tell me a AIM company that tells you the dilution in advance each stage of it in exact numbers . Bet you can't as they spring it on investors so corrupt shorters can capitalise on it . Not ASX they suspend and inform first so you can decide ......I am buying in to Newfield Resources on a stable market through Stella

Building a mine up , buying licences , permits drilling etc etc costs money of cause its diluted . I am not doubting that . I am saying you have been telling untruths year after year as you are shorting the share . You are a fraudulent shorter hell bent on liabling the BOD and the company for your own financial gain and your account is proof of that . I believe the BOD should protect my investment by taking you to court fo prove this . Simple a court will examin your investing history ! . No one hounds a BB in this manner .

Now it could well all be settled NO down side left to assist the short . To fuel the short . How many shares have the market forward sold based on the loan notes selling and warrants being exercised and options being granted . When will the market start to buy all that back , as it is all set to be wiped clean . What if ASX don't see the dilution but see a rise as their investors see the $1.2Billion USD mine as a asset being added to their mine in the regeion and it being funded to production so risk and uncertainty removed . AIM just might need to buy my shares at full projected value just to get straight .

Stella's vote is nearly one third YES before we even start ...from RNS ...NWF has at this time received support for the Possible Offer from Stellar shareholders (including the Directors of Stellar) representing, in aggregate, 29.80% of Stellar's issued share capital. glad I am not shorting this .

Third option ....Newfield Resourse have done their due diligence and valued Stella Diamonds at 12.7p per share . They are diluting them selves to fully finance all the way to production and remove all previous debt which theoretically could bring the 12.7p down to just below 10p . So if the deal did collapse then we still have the mine which has been independently valued at over 500% more than a week earlier ! . Third case not brilliant but safe . Newfield is well supported at present if the supporters like the potential they may take all the dilution at bargain 10p equivalent as the SP rises above the current 12.7p + equivalent . ASX did rise 3.45% after announcement to back this possable option .

I have bought into the developing situation . A take Over in advanced negotiations . Which promises 100% increase from here at a fully diluted SP to fund into production . One of two will happen either it will be duel listed AIM and ASX or we get a 100% premium from here fully funded debts paid of as well and we get to keep the AIM shell with our share numbers and we get the NWF shares . Either would be great in my oppinion .

Jim was posting in Oct 2009 yet last Stella post Nov 2012 . Every single post on Stella is negative with the intent on driving the SP down . I fully believe you are a shorter . Any new buyers are now buying into Newfield Resources Limited . Not Stella�s past history . Poor Shorters well and truly hit here . 150% up and a Take Over process in advanced stages another 100% minimum from here that is factoring in full dilution for the $30 million to Finance the mine to full production . Debt free / $30 million / 100% minimum premium to us .

I read a post by David Lennigas years ago ...he asked all holders to put a high sell order on their shares to stop the MMs borrowing against them . He knows more about this game than me . The MMs will need to buy shares back if they have borrowed on them . Nice late trades ! . The loading up is starting to show . The shorts will need to buy to close as well . Game on clock ticking !

The MMs might have a few shares they need to sell in to the market . As they are not ment to have them and it will be obvious soon , when they are exchanged for proper shares .

Just bought another �4K at 5.44p . So worse case if it fully dilutes for the $30 million USD debt free fully funded to production we get 10p a share in the swap . But looks like they like it it went up . I can wait for a minimum 90% rise . But could be far more .

Shorters are doomed . NWF actualy went up on the news . But if worse case it comes down to dilution price for $30,000,000 USD we still get 10p and will be fully funded to production with other diamond mines and a gold mine as well . 12.7p was based on the 0.29cents they are up since then . Worse case based on the full dilution for a up and running mine $ 30,000,000 will be just under 10p . This is looking like a keeper now ! Fully funded $30 millionus USD in the bank and that will theoretically take the reward down to 10p we are currently under 6p . When did you last sit in a share about to be funded to production offering a up side ?????
