With the CPR they can negotiate better rates from more avenues . If they get a loan from a business bank and pay of the Loan notes and release some extra news this would re rate . If that is the case I would not be impressed with the BOD because they make it sound like a placing mentioning the price so that would mean they spooked holders deliberately to lower the SP . The last company I invested in that did 750% in a day the BOD were not paid any cash for years a similar arrangement . Just a matter of time ! . Who will be in on the day who will be trading or rainbow chasing as a means of ultimately holding more here !

I want to invest in a company where the BOD are not taking a wage until they conclude a farm in with a major . But I agree that the BOD appear to getting greedy by with holding price sensative information regarding the current deal talks so as to hold the SP back to get more shares in their reward deal plus the negative tint to a possative RNS all Warrants from last years placing now gone and extra cash from them !!! I think you hit the nail on the head . The BOD want maximum number of shares for defers wages on completion . So are with holding price sensitive information from the market .

It�s in there to subscribe for shares at placing price ...so they brought cash in to the company ...HOW MUCH was more relevant than how much last years placing was .
