Shorters loan shares and sell them in advance of finance deals depressing the SP getting a lower SP in the placing creating more shares for the same money ( bigger dilution ) . Then buy back at collapsed SP to give them back . Shorters would be advised when loan notes due and sell into market before lowering SP so more shares for loan notes bigger dilution . Shorting kills businesses . Most siverlised country’s have banned it .

Like all AIM company’s they have had dilution and bad finance due to shorters . I am saying they just might be setting a trap for pay back before changing direction of business . But I doubt it .
