Been buying back in since yeasterday afternoon . They just keep finding gold and they are not even mining yet just having a low level look around but can’t help them selves as they just keep stumbling upon gold .

Point 1 . The BOD have kept the share numbers constant for 7 years for a reason ... probably for eventual sell to Glencore . Most AIM company’s are just cash cows giving the BOD big wades through placing but not here the only AIM share that dosnt dilute your investment every year !

So if they decide to buy us out instead how much then ? . $1 million is serious money just to keep the competition locked out . 4 months plus previous time is serious research and negotiating . So could become a buyout

$1 Million has been paid out for exclusive period ( SO FAR ) . So no pump and dump , it is a fact a oil giant is very serious ...what if they decide to just buy out instead of farm in ?

The Major oil giant has now paid us $1 million just to talk ! . For AIM that is un real , for a penny share any where in the World that is great ! .

This is a long term share . I am even thinking I may never sell as the dividends for twenty to thirty years will do nicely . If not bought out that is . Sit tight and top up now and then is the plan . That said we all love seeing it blue even if we are not after a quick sale .

one should also note that the premiums being paid for conventional 65% Fe pellets have now increased to US$140/t resulting in the large iron ore pellet producers achieving a premium of 84% (US$64/t) above the benchmark iron ore price. All from RNS . So US $116 profit per tonne . Note prices have improved and quality has improved so even more profit now . regarding logistics there are paragraph after paragraph on logistics . They are great at the moment and possabilitys to improve with a new port . Paid de rampers working hard trying to help the MMs fill orders they should not have accepted ! . If they can’t get the shares at those prices they should not accept the order .

Silly system ...the MMs take big orders then fight to keep the SP low so they can fill them at the agreed price . Which is silly but ok . The fraudulent bit is the paying de rampers to try and keep the SP down whilst they fight to fill their orders .

Glencore bought Xstrata when iron ore was worth a lot more . Now high grade iron ore especially our cold pellet low impurity high grade is worth a lot again ! . So all the talk of a buy out is based on the past buy out of Extrata for its half of the iron ore , now we have re established the value of our iron ore I think they will NOW buy us out as well .

What ever we want to call them . But there they are the MMs took them on ...didn’t have the shares to fill them so sent their paid de rampers in to try and slow the buying so they could fill them at the agreed rate not at a loss . That is why they are being reported now not on their recorded time .

Who in their right mind would short a share that could be bought out at thirty times it’s current m Cap . It might happen this month or in a few more years but either way the potential is there because this is turning into a World class asset . AIM shares don’t usually have this many boxs ticked .

No number of paid de rampers can hold a share back when it has received a take Over offer at a higher price than the M Cap hence this is just a matter of time . This is now a huge target .

Unfortunately AIM is not based on supply and demand . The bid will not move until any orders are filled the MMs will not fill orders at a loss . They use paid derampers to try and keep the orders down whilst they fill them hence all the de ramping on AIM . This is not shorted so the de ramping is to assist order filling .

Might fly over the week or two . MMs probably got orders they need to fill before they can take it up

A take Over could happen at any point as could a trading suspension for any big negotiations . So I am holding and topping up on the dips each pay day . That way you can benefit no matter what happens . This is a real company with a real business not the usual AIM cash cow to feed a BOD year after year
