I sent yet another email to Sarah’s asking her if she would clarify to the shareholders what this money has been raised for........no reply as yet.

I can’t honestly see the reason for this raise is just to cover day to day expenses, so what other purpose is it required for.......the plot thickens.

Joe, we are now a shell with no assets or liabilities and free from Congo. We need to take on something under AIM rules and newly appointed directors are all mineral people. If we don’t buy something or have a capital holding of 6 million we shall be suspended in October and delisted six months later.

If we do pick up a going concern then things could be very interesting. We have a company named forum who hold about 25% of the company and have two directors on the board and one more to be appointed.

Six months ago we were out of cash, swamped with law suits and no chance of drilling again, so I feel we are in a much better position now than we were then.

Because of the position we are in the nut cases make the odd appearance here so filter the noise out, however there are one or two very good posters on here that could help you. Good luck and stay safe.

HI joe good to hear from you. Yep we all had high hopes here however all is not lost yet. The Congo was a total disaster and I for one am glad to see the back of it and move on. If there is light at the end of the tunnel I know not but will hang on here and see.

Most aim and low M/C oil and gas stocks are having a bad time and my watch list is all red, but hey hoe well used to it now so don’t take much notice ,just take it on the chin and move along.

I have not talked to TT for a while so will give him a call over the weekend and pass on you regards. Have a good and safe bank holiday.

Anglo African Oil & Gas plc announces that, further to the guidance provided by AIM Regulation in "Inside Aim" on 26 March 2020, the Company has been granted an extension of up to three months for the reporting and filing of its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019, such that it will publish these results as soon as possible, but by no later than 30 September 2020.

However we know that the report will be a disaster, but will it tell us how much money is missing and where it went, if it doesn’t some of us here could tell them.

It would not surprise me if they posted eoy report at 4.30 as it’s Friday.

They have to publish results and were granted a three month extension .

Well that was fun while it lasted.

What is happening this morning???...

IF i may interrupt.

My bike days were short and sweet. Started off at 16 on a Puch maxi and at 17 went on to a Yamaha RD 250. After saving a few bob I bought an Ariel square four which I promptly rode into the back of a parked mini after a night out on Burt’s beer in the Isle of Wright. The bike and my self were beyond repair so after recovering I bought a Ford Anglia and became boring.

If you can spare a few minutes please compile and send an email to Sarah cope, over the last few months I have sent a few but one shareholder doesn’t hold much clout.

Reminder that you are a shareholder and as such expect to be updated in a timely manner and market sensitive news should be announced promptly.

If the company is actively looking for a reverse takeover, this is market sensitive.
If the BOD are doing nothing and plan to delist from AIM, this is market sensitive.
Also put in anything you feel is relevant.

Keep the email short and to the point and above all polite.
