Smart thing and a real possibility

If you are an Xtr shareholder and what to know what this dump purchase deal is all about just read the Jubilee RNS dated 6th February. It is clear it is the same transaction. Xtract buys the waste, Jubilee processes it and they ( presumably) share the benefits. Why the plonker who writes the RNSs for Xtract could not conjure up the words of explanation, I have no idea. He or she needs retraining.

Look at the Jubilee RNS of the same date. That tells you the grade of copper. It is clear that this is an Xtract-Jubilee Joint Venture. Why they are so clandestine about it I have no idea.

I don't know who wrote the Xtract RNS but it is dreadful in every respect. The Jubilee version on the same date is quite well crafted
